  1. Actually there's seven, I forgot about Roadwarrior, lol. (I'm kidding, Kent!)
  2. Limestone is a pain. Mix that with current, and I can see issues...
  3. Sounds like you have it rigged incorrectly. I'll try to get a pic up later. Rigged properly, they're pretty much impossible to lose, provided you are still holding the rope it is attached to.
  4. They are different species. That and if course one lives in freshwater, the other salt.
  5. You'd be wrong with that assumption. It's used for ANY rules violation, or something you'd like brought to our attention. There are almost 50K members, and millions of posts. There are six of us.
  6. I think we're done here.
  7. The only trailer I add to a spinnerbait is a hook.
  8. The only good knots are those tied well. Practice, test, practice again until you find the knots you can tie well.
  9. I like to think Seneca doesn't exist.
  10. New boat is on it's way! I went with a Commander C140. If I like as much as I think I will, I might forego the ATAK until next year, and get a C120 little brother for it.
  11. For deep drop smallie fishing, I prefer a faster reel. It helps when they charge straight up to the surface. That's actually why I went with my CI4s (not the newer "+" versions) back when I got them. They were about the only light reel that was 6:1 with 34" ipt at the time.
  12. Sorry, missed it. Send another, it probably got lost with all the other fan mail.
  13. I use content to decide whether that person on the other end of the cord is mature enough to handle my reply. It generally has nothing to do with age, though. :eyebrows: :eyebrows:
  14. ...from a moderator Instead of proudly posting "IBTL" how about doing us a favor and reporting the post, instead of bumping it to the top? When you do that little favor, it cuts our workload in half. If we do in fact "lock" the thread instead of removing it altogether, you can be sure we delete your "IBTL" posts. Thanks!
  15. You generally can't undo it what is already done. It's had bass in it for over 100 years. If they actually think that a derby will help, have at it, but the notion of killing in the name of conservation is not popular. You should see what we have gone through with our "pretty" mute swans. It should be open season year round on them, but they're pretty and people like them. Good luck with your crusade. It isn't going to go over well on a bass forum, right or wrong.
  16. The trolley is key....really helps you position the craft properly.
  17. I chose Siege because it's the only line in the list I'll use. I don't use it for bass fishing, thoguh. It's on my centrepins for trout and salmon. I use 6-12# sizes, and prefer the bright orange color so I can see my drift.
  18. Tatsu and Invisx are probably two of the best all purpose lines. I use both, and prefer Tatsu, though I can't say it's "twice as good" as the price reflects, though I find it works really well for my drop shot program.
  19. Get the arm, and forget the rest! Unless you're looking at a newer boat like the ATAK that is ducer ready.
  20. Whatever gets it through… https://youtu.be/RYIs_xkhgEY
  21. Unmistakably a drum, or sheepshead as they're known up here.
  22. Frankly my dear, I don't give a d**n.
  23. They need to put some snakeheads in there to eat the bass!
  24. Next time, use pink buzzbaits instead of wacky worms. That always slays them.
