Adding autopilot trolling motor to PDL kayak?
Resale never really comes to mind with fishing gear, until it isn't getting used. I put a lot of forethought into my purchases and rarely resell what I bought.

Elaztech baits?
I leave Elaztech baits in the bags. Those go into a tall Edge Box or a speed bag.

Interesting, my 2010 Sierra switch rests in auto mode, but you can rock it to the left to turn off, and then I turn on the driving/fog lights. Rotate the switch to the right to turn them back on.

I think it's the same as it's always been, it's just way more visible these days. Luckily, I work in an environment where we all hold each other accountable via total transparency in what we're working on. It's a true collaborative team win or failure, whichever the outcome. We don't waste time with blame when we fail, but spend lots of effort to figure out how to avoid repeating the mistake. Many of the younger people straight out of college are great at this. I think what we're seeing is more visibility to the breakdowns in accountability through technology like the internet, mobile devices, constant data and feedback in our faces. It's hard to hide from that. That said, people that don't do what they say they're going to do, or don't provide a reasonable explanation and a path forward to resolve the situation are still y peeve. Get off my lawn!- Those painful pet peeves!
Complainers are mine. Just kidding, I complain a bit about things, mostly bad driving or people not holding themselves accountable.- Adding autopilot trolling motor to PDL kayak?
