  1. '70 Charger? With a numbers matching Hemi? Paint it the color spec'd on the build sheet.
  2. I can honestly say the same about the 6# Invisx on two of my drop shot rods. Yes, I retie often, and yes, the spools are probably only 2/3 full anymore. Since I only really drop the bait over the side, or use short pitches away from the boat, it isn't any problem. These rods also sit on my deck most of the time. No adverse affects from the elements. If Tatsu is truly > Invisx, than I'd expect the same results. I'll know more in three seasons....sever spools of Tatsu on deck.
  3. Food for thought....it really is impossible to backlash a reel that doesn't work. Get a Citica, use the $30 rebate, and pay the same price for a WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY better reel that will last you a long time.
  4. That quantum was fished in fresh only and from a kayak - no corrosive chemicals.
  5. Tried it, nails on a chalkboard.
  6. Ask the same guys about LTDs or F150s, and they'll hate those too. It's a standard knee jerk response from the Chevy guys. Ask them about an Impala, and they say they're nice. LOL, some of you guys take a car thread way too seriously. Some are simply meant to be enjoyed.
  7. Yeah, I reported that over here:
  8. I'd save another $50 up and get a CI4. Seriously, I have three now.
  9. LOL, Google translator says Gran Tourismo is Large Vacation in English. Toss in the omologato fo GTO, and it's approved. I love dumb car names.
  10. Bite your tongue!
  11. Call it what you want. It has a back seat to avoid additional insurance premiums over a true coupe. Sorry, Camaros, Mustangs, and Challengers are pony cars, not sports cars. Sporty saloons. That will probably get under OHIO's skin, LOL.
  12. It has a back seat....it's a saloon. I didn't make up the terms, and could care less about this stupid debate. Just passing along info.
  13. The Mustang is a saloon. A Corvette is a coupe.
  14. hope this thing stays over there.... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2109278/In-Spain-hear-scream-Mediterranean-fish-threat-gruesome-Alien-parasite-eats-tongues-lives-mouths.html
  15. Berkley Crosslock snaps would work better. I like the idea - adjust the weight to the situation, quickly.
  16. My buddy tows his wake boat with his Z06, LOL. My cousin owned one. Fastest 0 - 100 - 0 for ANY car i've driven. Simply amazing.
  17. That fishing is problem solving, pure and simple. Not about the right rod or reel. Not about a special bait. It's about solving the problem in front of you: How do I catch a bass right now?
  18. I try not to bash, but....One reel in a long list of "anecdotal" blemishes that adds up to poor quality:
  19. LMAO. Gotta love Martens:
  20. Goes to show, there's something for everyone, LOL. That bait has to be one of the best fish repellents for me. I bought ten packs on clearance a few years ago....I think I threw out 9.9 packs last spring. Had I known you loved them....
  21. I just happen to have 12# on the rod I use for shallow cranks. 10# is probably easier to manage, and will work fine, too.
  22. Almost no difference between the Symetre and the Sahara. Sahara gets my vote. Heck, you could even go to the Sedona, and still have a great reel and more in the budget for a rod or baits.
  23. Get some JJ's in clear, some new hooks, and you're ready to roll.
