A 6MM round plastic bead will work to keep it from snagging. You can peg it, or not. It will cause the lead end of the hook to not dig into stalk plants like spadderdock. Just rolls right through. Single hook, screw in, or not.

I drive a 2014 Forrester for work. Not sure if I'm "into them" but, I like this one just fine. I had to try my best to get stuck in the snow and it was after it was 18" high, packed and hard before I got stuck. Regular driving in the snow is excellent. My dad has an Outback. I'd love to know the technical difference as I like the way the Outback looks better than my Forrester.

My partner and I use what we call "bogus grips" ...knock offs. Not nearly as good but...at 10X less the cost...

A local ESPN radio show here in DC, did a retrospective of the Bullets/Wizards lottery history. The mistakes they made were horrendous with what was out there available. They actually gave up three number one picks for some trades that went no where. The NBA then created a rule, limiting the number of times you could trade your number on pick. To protect teams from their own stupidity.

I've got all of you beat. I bought a couple of rods off Amazon. Both came with the clear plastic "condom" that a lot new rods are sheathed in. No cardboard, no PVC, just the plastic bag. They were both broken...go figure. Amazon asked no questions, just refunded my money and told me to keep them. One was actually fishable withe a new tip top.

My 2003 Grizzly 1754 CC does what I need it to do, where I need to do it very well. It doesn't ride in the chop very well. It feels like it is flexing from the mid point forward and the console shakes. The guy from whom I bought it, said the same thing. When the water is flat, it gets up fast and moves with the Mercury 60HP. Storagewise...uh... I've never been in the TX style Trackers.
