  1. They also have the new 2.0 size in the RC lineup.
  2. Anyone tried these?

After many years, I finally tossed my bottles. Kept leaking and I never use them. They dry out and dont have the color matching ability I like with soft plastics on my jigs.
  4. A 6' 6" MH should work fine. I dont think you are using a normal MH.
  5. Broke my GLX last year and had a new one within a week. No problems just follow the bouncing ball.
  6. Anyone tried them yet? What do you think?
  7. Cotton is old school. The synthetics breathe better, are lighter and cooler. Try the Under Armour heat gear shirts and the new long sleeve/short sleeve fly fishing looking shirts with pockets. Very compfortable and they are much cooler than cotton.
  8. Bass Pro for fishing and Cabela's for hunting.
  9. I have a 6'6" Mh GL2 that I like to use for spinnerbaits. The nice thing about Loomis is the warranty. I broke my old GL2 last year after using it for 5-6 years. I spent $60 and had a new one at my front door in 3 days. For worm/jigs I would go with the IMX if it's in your budget.
  10. Looking at a medium -deep running crankbait rod. What's your input on these rods? Thanks.
  11. copper pearch and rootbeer chartruese
  12. I am talking about 5"-6" Shadalicious, Basstrix etc.
  13. Whats your line and rod setup for 4.5"-6" plastic swimbaits?
  14. I use War Eagle spinnerbaits almost exclusively. The hooks are extremely sharp and they have great components. Just a first rate spinnerbait.
  15. I agree 100%. A great little crankbait that is a real fish catcher. The hooks are great, micarta bill and great action. Love the Cell Mate color in clearer water and chartruese rootbeer in stained.
  16. What line size do you use for 5"-6" plastic swimbaits. What rod works the best for this size? Thanks.
  17. They are great baits. I Texas Rig them mainly and my favorite color is Hematoma (Black & Blue)
  18. Just purchased one on EBay for $107 brand new. Anyone have one or any comments on the rod. I hope I like it.
  19. I took some jars of pork I have for a while earlier this year and thought I would give them a try again. I forgot what a hassle pork is getting on and off the hook and keeping the pork from drying out. I ended up tossing them instead of just taking up more space in my tackle area.
  20. I keep telling people this. You gotta try the new Spro McStick. It is a great jerkbait that is several bucks cheaper than the LC Pointer and throws just as good. Great hooks and very good paint jobs. They just need to add more colors which I am sure they are working on for next year. The Chrome Shad is a hot color on Table Rock.
  21. I have had the BPS 100mph for 5-6 years and they work great. However, the straps on the bibs are stretched out and I have had to have them taken up. They are about stretched out and have very little elasticity. I think I will order the Cabelas Guideware this time.
  22. Replacing a G Loomis if it is damaged or broken is very easy and fast. I have had to replace two in the last year and they send a new one in 2-3 days for $60. Great rods and great service.
  23. In clear water the chartruese shad, pro blue are really good. Sometimes the Table Rock Shad and clown are great for smallmouth.
  24. I have a G Loomis Shakey Head Spinning rod and love it.
