  4. i live in mn and catch them on frogs alot. i use them midsummer around noon and work them slow around some thick weeds and get them to bite when nothing else will
  5. another lure with the blad on the back is the furbithttp://www.***.com/descpageOPFROG-OFF.html i have one and it looks nice but i haven't got to use it yet. cabelas had them on sale for 8 bucks and the have long fur legs
  6. for the "slop" frogs i like to give the rod a small pull and then let it rest or make the frog twitch or shake a little in place.

  8. what is a good line for my baitcaster? i only have one and am still not the best a casting with it. i need a line that is gonna work fine for most situations and probably be about 15 to 25 pounds. any suggestions would be helpful thanks
  9. i always use a 3/0 or 4/0 wide gap hook for this. if your not using a wide gap i don't know how well it will work

    Not even close. the long tail doesn't affect it? and do you rig it like a normal tube?

    thinking about ordering a pack of these but i think the tail could be so long that the bass won't get the hook... anyone try these or have any luck with them? if so how do you rig them?

    ya i know they were pretty rough i just wanted to give it a try and get some good colors on them. i didn't paint them just wrapped it all the way to them bottom. and ya i did use epoxy! didn't think tissue paper was gonna be waterproof enough i used the 2 ton is that the best to use? Im working on my next one and it will hopefully be more detailed and a little cleaner on the edges

    none of those do... but i know storm makes a baby bass color so if you look around you can probably find them
  23. how long is this lure? i have one stick bait that stands up and down in the water and can buy them but they are fairly short

  25. i keep themm in the orginal bags in a soft sided cooler which works great and hold alot
