  10. http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1203218589 a lot of suggestions in there
  11. Also some bigger companies at least berkley do have some hand poured baits to. I bought a couple of them and they are very soft and had good action. Not sure if they were actually hand poured or if they were just softer and they called them handpoured ? :-?

just tested the swimbait out and it swims pretty nice and floats now with out the hooks and also slightly dives when retrieved, pretty much what i was aiming for.
  13. to start of get some jig heads and a pack of 7in original powerworms just put the worm on the jig head with the hook exposed, it is still pretty weedless if it is not to thick because of the light wire hook, cast it around your favorite stucture and vary your retrieves. This is one of my favorite ways to fish worms. It is not the best in really thick weeds but you can let it get stuck in the tops of the weeds and rip it free which works well to.
  14. http://www.minnkotamotors.com/advantage/saltwater.asp?pg=autopilot this is pretty much exactly what you are looking for, can keep ypu in place or in a certain direction and will correct for wind and/or currents
  15. looks kind of like a fat grass carp http://www.dec.ny.gov/images/fish_marine_images/grasscarp.gif Same color scales and fin placement at least pretty close another- http://www.sdafs.org/laafs/Grass%20Carp%203.JPG

  17. I fish fluke type baits on 15-20 lb braid on a medium spinning rod in the lilly pads and can feel it pretty good, the wind will make it a lot harder.

They are screw eyes from ace hardware, guessing you could get them at any hardware store, these were the 20lb size. The sunny is photo finished, look at TU they have a good how to on it. The popper is hand painted to. Edit- pretty sure cabelas.com has some made for this and if your doing joints get some of the open and some of the closed it will be a lot easier than opening them, just look under tacklemaking or something like that.
  19. Just finished this because of all the sunfish in my lake, hopefully it will catch some big fish
  20. Here are some pictures of my first two baits that i have made myself. One is A sunfish swimbait and the other is a baby bass popper in case you couldn't tell What do you think?
  21. I'll agree with you on that CATT. Hey have you been able to find the 0-1 foot ones anywhere? I haven't seen them for 2 years now. http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/links/link.jsp?id=0037595113575a&type=product&cmCat=SEARCH&returnPage=search-results1.jsp&QueryText=bagley&N=4887&Ntk=Products&Ntx=mode+matchall&Nty=1&Ntt=bagley&noImage=0 there is a 0-4 foot one there and that might be the closest to what you want
  22. You realize that corn is illegal for fishing for small game fish. I use Gulp corn. Its legal and works great!!! i've never heard that before and don't see it in the MN regulations, can you show me where you heard this?
