While Warner vs. Collins is like comparing apples to oranges, Collins could possibly get MVP if the Titans win it all, even if his numbers don't reflect an MVP season. Warner is the better QB of the two no doubt, Collins just has a more solid supporting cast on offense and defense. The Cards actually let Warner throw the ball and do his thing while Tennessee just asks Collins to manage the game and not mess anything up while the rest of the team makes plays. It's obviously working.

Noguiera vs. Lesnar? Don't hand Nog the torch just yet, he still has to beat Mir first and that's not going to be a picnic. We'll see if Lesnar is for real when he defends the belt. Lesnar has already said that he would like to fight Mir again to try to avenge that loss. Mir vs Nog should be a great fight. And whoever said that Lesnar could dominate for a while if he can get his game together, is probably right. Dude is an ANIMAL! Congrats to him, there's only a handful of guys on the earth that can say they whipped Randy Couture.

Whenever I have a co-angler I always have room for their stuff under the deck somewhere, whether it be a compartment just for them or they can put their stuff in with mine. If I had to fish co-angler again I'd keep it as light as possible. 4 or 5 rods and a small bag packed to the hilt.

No kidding! It took me forever to dig a puked up super fluke out of my drain. It was half digested and kept falling apart and it was too slimey to get a grip on. Good times! That worm had made it so far in that I had to take the boat to the car wash and stick the high pressure hose into the drain to blow it out. :

Its best to check with your local game dept before you do anything like that. Laws are different in every state. I would stick to trees and brush, maybe some PVC type deals and the pallet thing is popular here in Va. There are a few lakes around that the game dept has sunk a bunch of skids as fish attractors. Only problem is they tell everyone where they dropped 'em and every Tom, Dick and Harry fishes them daily. When you finally do decide on what to sink, location should be your main priority.

Both the Pigskins and the Skinny Bears have Gamakatsu hooks. They may look like the BPS football jig hooks but I assure you, they are not the same.

They can pass plastics all the way thru. I witnessed my partner catch a largemouth that had what looked like a ZOOM trick worm coming about half way out the wrong end when he got it in the boat. My partner helped the little fellow out if you know what I mean. I also had a bass spit up a ZOOM Ol Monster worm along with a few shad while in the livewell. The big worm didnt clog the fish up but it sure clogged my livewell drain when I forgot about it. TIP: It is a whole lot easier to get them out BEFORE they make it into your drain.

The round rubber is the deal. I'll take a round rubber skirt over a silicone skirt on a jig any day of the week. And although the Pigskin's are pretty good jigs, I still think the Skinny Bear Elite Footballs are second to none. Plus they are about 25 cents cheaper.

After much thought on this topic, I do feel like tournament fishing has made me a better fisherman overall. From the time I entered my first club some 20+ years ago, I always strived very hard to learn everything about locating and catching bass under any circumstances on any lake. I hated going to the weigh in with less than a limit or a limit of small fish...it sucked. It bothered me. When I didnt do as good as I expected, it would dominate my thoughts for a few days. Weighing in light bags for a while drove me harder to figure out things better and get better overall. I had to learn all the variables and how to deal with them. That was the only way to make my game competitive. I'm not sure I would've been up for all that if I was only going out 'fun' fishing all the time.

Like I said, Lesnar is the better athlete, no doubt. That helps but this is cage fighting, not the Olympics. Randy has been in the fight game a WHOLE LOT longer than Lesnar and the vast experience that Couture possesses in the cage is something Lesnar lacks. Will Lesnar's raw athletic ability be enough to overcome Randy's experience? Who knows? I fully expect Lesnar to be able to shoot on Randy and take him down. The problem will arise if he can't steadily advance his position on the ground (due to lack of experience). At that point, the ref will stand them back up, right into Randy's world. All that said, it could go either way. I wouldn't bet this one with your money. And like Matt said, I just want an exciting fight. I really dont care who wins.

The way Randy prepares mentally and with the studying of film and analysis, he steps into the cage with a big advantage. If his opponent has a weakness, Randy knows about it long before the fight starts and builds his game plan around that weakness. He might be old but I'm not sure I'd throw down money against him. Ever. I don't know how many of you saw the Lesnar/Mir fight but Lesnar came out and pretty much mauled Mir for the first minute or so, punched him, took him down, kept him down, beat on him a little bit, life was good for Lesnar.....then he made a mistake. He left his ankle out and Mir being the savvy jiu-jistu black belt that he is, grabbed it, pulled a submission and tapped out Lesnar all in a span of about 5 seconds. So if Lesnar makes a mistake this time, Randy will make the most of it just like Mir did.

This is a very interesting matchup that is loaded with the "if" factor. If Lesnar has learned and can pull off a clean submission, Randy could be in trouble. I dont see Lesnar having a problem taking Randy down, the big question is whether or not he can do something with him once he gets him down. Brock is clearly better, faster and stronger on the ground but the refs wont let him just lay on Randy without steadily advancing his position. If he cant advance, the ref will stand them back up and that will benefit Randy. If Randy can survive the initial barrage and get settled into his game, clinch with Lesnar and get his dirty boxing going, Lesnar might not last too long. Whoever wins will most likely get the Noguera/Mir winner next.

I knew this was going to happen. The bad side is that you have to throw down money to babysit when it should be the other way around. The good side is that for $100 bucks, you get to see how the pro's do it up close, all day long, three days in a row. Thats a good deal. I actually thought it was going to be higher than $100 bucks. There are definitely good and bad points to this move but it's all in how each person looks at it. I can see both sides. I'd probably do it just because its so cheap.

Yes, most finance co.'s will go 15 years on a new boat if it's over $25000. Personally, I would never buy a brand new boat and finance it for that long. If something was to happen within the first few years and you absolutely HAD to sell it, you would take a beating on a pile of money. In my opinion, its a good idea to buy a boat that is only a couple years old and still has some motor warranty left. Buying a boat that is a few years old cuts down on your cost BIG TIME because the original owner has taken the brunt of the early depreciation. As someone mentioned earlier, this is a buyers market at the moment. There are some smokin' deals to be had right now, just look around. The good buys will only increase because of winter and Christmas coming on. Once we get closer to spring, the prices generally start to rise. If you find a good deal on a boat you like before spring gets here, I'd get it and save yourself some money.

Hold up. The Raiders only have four real problems. One is the owner, the second is the lack of a good coach, the third is that the best receiver on the team is Ronald Curry ;D, the last is that overpaid, overhyped, underachieving, scrub QB Jamarcus Russell. The root of the problem is the owner. He doesn't even like the coaches that he hand picks himself and he's in love with Jamarcus Russell for some reason. Lane Kiffin didnt want to draft Russell but Al Davis stuck his nose in it and drafted him anyway. Now look what they've got. Nothing. And I believe they released DeAngelo Hall today.....another player that was hand picked by Davis. Davis is doing one heck of a job. They need to take some money back from that bum Javon Walker too while they're at it. Dont get me started on Detroit.

Any speculation about where Fulmer might coach next? I heard possibly Clemson but I would think going from the SEC to the ACC would be kinda like taking a step backwards.

I agree with Keith on this one, there is no correct answer here. I can say 'yes' and 'no'. It's my belief that knowledge and understanding of how the forage moves, weather effects, seasonal patterns, etc...is a HUGE advantage when trying to get on fish. Getting to that point where you understand all of the variables and knowing how they affect a basses daily life is crucial to actually finding and catching bass consistently....and finding and catching bass consistently will make you a good angler all the way around. It's all a process.

Yeah, I know for a fact they are not 20+, the bill is more like the size of a Norman DD14.
