Get yourself a 100 DD Pointer
  2. Uh, yes it is. http://www.***.com/descpageSFWBERKLEY-BPW10.html# Hmmm, I don't recall anyone ever claiming the Power Worm to be the best ever. Don't be hatin' on Power Worms Burleyman :-?

  4. I can't drink egg nog unless its got some liquor in it. Crown, Jack, Jim, George, any of 'em will work.
  5. This is a list of the 2008 Elite tournaments and what baits played the biggest role in putting fish in the boat for the winner. Classic - jig, spoon (Jones) Harris Chain - Trick Worm (McClelland) Toho - SK Red Eye shad, SK King Shad (KVD) Falcon - deep crank, huge plastic worm (Elias) Amistad - senko, swimbait (Faircloth) Clark Hill - c-rig, swimbait, topwater (Hill) Murray - frog, wakebait (Roumbanis) Wheeler - worm, jig (Starks) Kentucky - crank, jig, spoon (KVD) Old Hickory - creature bait, buzzbait (Wirth) Erie - dropshot worm, dropshot shad (Kiriyama) Oneida - frog, sweet beaver (Rojas)
  6. Don't you remember Jay Novacek? I try not to.
  7. This is true. JJ likes hearing the media talk about his team whether it's good or bad. And if T.O. was smart enough, he'd realize that him drawing a double team is actually a compliment to his skills and the main reason Romo throws to Witten all the time. Witten really should change his jersey #'s to 7-11 'cause he's ALWAYS OPEN. I've never seen anything like it. If T.O. could get a grip and come to understand the TEAM concept, everybody would be better off.
  8. I agree 100%. There are several baits that will catch bass most anytime, most anywhere and are easy to fish. The jig is the most common and if I broke it down fish by fish, more than 50% of every bass I've ever caught was caught with a jig. I really don't think there is such a thing as a bad time to throw a jig. A plastic worm is another that gets the job done most of the time whether you fish it on a Shaky Head or a Tx rig or weightless. It's a very versatile bait. The super fluke is another like you said. Something about them just get the fish going when they are fairly shallow, hanging around docks and laydowns or in really clear water. Cant forget the crankbait. This is the best search bait in my opinion and will get you that tough reaction strike when other things won't. There is so much made about new techniques, new baits, technique specific gear and everything that it boggles the mind sometimes. It really is best to keep it simple.
  9. Tony Turnover will be the Cowgirls demise IF they should get lucky enough to make the Playoffs. AFC - Hurts to say it but it's gotta be the Steelers NFC - Carolina. Williams and Stewart are straight up running over defenses. Want to stack the line to stop the run? Go ahead, Steve Smith knows where the end zone is.
  10. I bought 3 Supreme's at Dick's. (2-8030, 1-8035) They are indeed the real McCoy's.
  11. Where's the tackle box with shoulder strap choice?
  12. And Bradford it is !

  14. Ok, we'll drop Bradford's #'s against the 4 weakest teams and then compare to Tebow's #'s not dropping any games. Bradford (-4 easy's) 222/335 3285 yds 35 TD's Tebow (all games) 174/268 2515 yds 28 TD's
  15. That statement is false. Against the 4 weakest teams his total stats are 80/107 1179 yds 13 TD's Against the 4 best teams they played this year (Mizzou, Ok State, Texas Tech and Texas) his combined stats are 106/151 1445 yds. 15 TD's
  16. I agree. He's not just an awesome QB, he is a TRUE football player. If they had not lost to Ole Miss, they probably would've just went ahead and shipped him the trophy after the Alabama game and saved everybody else the trouble of going to NY for the Hesiman presentation.

Dunham's been kickin' it for like 20+ years now. His stuff gets better everytime he steps on stage.
  18. Welcome and thanks for your support!
  19. I think Bradford will take it. Last I checked, he had the best #'s of any of the others. Numbers are a huge part of it, not to mention the 5 game streak of 60+ points, plus they're headed to the NC game. If Bradford doesn't get it, I think Tebow will.

  24. Someone put on a tournament several years ago, tagged a bunch of fish (all species) and released them back into the lake. I caught a tagged $50 smallmouth that was about 2.5 lbs. I took it to the nearest marina to see what it was worth then dropped it back in my livewell and took it to my club tournament and weighed it in with my other fish. I didnt win the tag money though because I hadn't actually paid to get in that particular tournament. I did see a guy check in a $500 crappie while I was at the marina. There was one tag fish worth $100,000. Nobody caught it. Rumor has it they put the $100,000 tag on a muskie (which are rarely ever caught from the lake) Everybody that owned a boat and a fishing rod was on the lake that weekend for the tag tournament. It was unreal.
