  10. Where will you be fishing? I live on the East side of Mobile bay (near Fairhope). Junebug trickworms and lizards do well in the rivers and the delta. Don't be surprised if you only catch dinks, especially in the Delta. Places I suggest-- Bon Secour river Boggy Branch Fish river Weeks bay

  13. I was waiting all day to fish when finally it came time to go home. Once I arrived, the wind started to pick up and it looked like it would rain any second. I sat there thinking whether or not to waste the gas to go wet a line considering the conditions. I sure am glad I decided to go because I caught 8 total with one real nice piggy. 8-)

  19. Couldn't sleep last night so I went fishing this morning. Got to the pond around 6 o'clock and by 8 o'clock I caught 11 bass. They really had their feed bag on and I missed more than I should had. The bass were running tiny bluegills up and down the bank causing a lot of commotion all morning. It was really cool to watch. Two were caught on a white buzz bait, which was the first time I caught a fish on a buzzbait. The rest were caught on a 5" watermelon blk fleck senko rigged weightless. I fished the senko moderately fast jerking it eraticly and fished it slow raising the rod tip and letting it fall. I caught fish both ways. Most were 1 to 2 1/2 lbs and here was the biggest one 8-)
  20. As long as the house does not burn down, that sounds great! You are very resourceful. Now go spend the money you would have on cables to buy some fishing tackle. ;D
  21. great job... looks like a nice spot!
  22. I have hooked a few to deep. If it looks bad I don't try to pull it. I just cut the line or use a pair of dikes.
