Black blue jig or a black backed chart side crankbait mid diver would be two things I started with.

Its the CPS hooked to the hook. Here is a picture of it. This is a prototype with a normal coil not the cps. What I'm finding is the soft plastic lasts a lot longer typically. Especially with baits like a Senko.

Its an Owner Center Pin. Its basically a coil spring on a shaky head but has a pin in the center of it. This little pin makes putting a bait on a coil 100x easier. http://www.ownerhooks.com/accessories.htm

Thanks. That hook is one I'm testing right now. Its a Deep Throat Owner hook with a cps added to it. I'll probably be offering it soon. All the fish I've caught on it and all the time on the water its a very positive result. That hook makes a wicked jig hook so I thought why wouldnt it make a wicked T riggin hook.

My Ficht has a similiar hole. I've never had oil come out of mine either just water.

I did. It was so wavy that the scale bounced between 4.2 and 4.9 so I am calling it a 4.2.

Twist lock hooks. Your bait will normally last longer also. I've been doing a lot of comparisons with the twist lock vs standard worm hook. All of my findings so far are positive. I have yet to find a negative.

I caught it on a stacee 90 Lucky craft. I wasnt even fishing for pike/musky. LOL It was interesting to say the least.

I was hoping for more vacation time. If I had it I'd be going back. I had them dialed in nicely I could go for a few 100+ fish days. Easily done up there this time of year.

I was there last week and that cold front made it a little rough. Like you said this week and next week should be phenomenal.
