No I always take my drag off. How much do you charge to fix the reels?

Hey guys I've tried putting the drag fully on and cranking the reel while the spool is in place. Nothing! I''ve also flipped the washers around and that didn't help either. I guess I have to get them repaired.

LBH I had the same thoughts if something happen out there in that cold water would leave very little time for rescue. Plus low visability.

Well I searched but couldn't find the schamatics for it. I looked at the reel and I am woundering which way the washer sit on the shaft were the handel connects at. The washers are slightly bent. Which way does the bend go?

thanx guys, this is a used BC reel with mono. I have a few Trions now and not sure which I oiled or someone else has. I'm not sure what you want to do with the drag dude it sounds like you want me too hold the reel in place and crank it while in full drag. Is this right?

Hey guys I was out the past 2 days. I don't know if I did something to the reel or what. This is the first time using it since I've picked it up. I got it used too. I was out today got a bite and missed the set. I asked myself did I forget to turn the drag on? No I didn't! It was on but there was no drag. I then tightened it as far as possible and I can I could still pull the line out with my hand with little force. What is wrong with it? What can I do?

;D Thanks man I named it after my grandfathers little jet boat he had. He was a big boater and when he got cancer he had to sell his boats. My grandfathers nick name was the God Father. He looked just like him. So thats what he called his boat. Then he got the speed boat and called it the Godson.

Well I went to spruce run and got skunked. I fished the points Zel said to but nothing. I also had problems wih my fishfinder. I had it tied to the battery. I took it off the terminal then I put it back on and now it gets no power.
