  1. Jeez Paul, Do you catch anything under 5lbs. If your anything like me, Your daughter has you wrapped around her finger. ;D J/K
  2. The whole front step is made out of Diamond plating. I had it laying around and I was bored. ;D I even made the front door spring loaded so it shuts on it's own. I like the lure holder on your boat and that gave me an idea for the front platform.
  3. Two years ago I checked into it for a Johnson 88 and it was going to run me $2,300 to convert over.
  4. I do this first and depending how bad it is I'll use Prestone carpet cleaner the type with the scrub brush on the top after that. The Prestone you can get it any Advance Auto or AutoZone.
  5. I had the same problem on my old unit. x2 on what Jack said.
  6. Here's a pic of the plexiglass put in the sides to keep the wind off me when it's cold out on them cold tourney mornings ;D I just cleaned them so it's hard to see. Since I own a Fish and ski I need more storage space so I took out the middle seat and put a storage box in it's place it also acts like a step to get on the back platform. More storage space up front and a step. The last one, I always step on my rods up front so here's a rod holder out of pvc piping. The boats a mess right now getting ready to put all new carpet in.
  7. That fish is better than being skunked. You'll get better as time goes on.
  8. Nice fish.

Never tried the eel yet but the space monkey is a very versatile bait I usually t-rig it, sometimes weightless and depending on the weather I'll rig it with a swimbait hook and swim it through cover.
  10. That was fuuny, check this one out.
  11. Those are a nice unit but if you live near a Cabelas go to the Bargain cave I was at one yesterday and they had alot of different units in there. CHEAP
  12. I went down to Cabela's yesterday and I picked up a couple cranks in sexy shad color for the simple fact is in our club I've seen first hand how many fish they catch. I bought 1 in a 4s model runs 2-4 ft deep and a series 5 that runs 10-13 ft. deep. It might be the color. But for me it's well balanced crankbait. I like Strike King crankbaits for the simple fact they don't turn on their side when reeling it back to the boat like some other models do.
  13. Congrats, MY first year was a big learning experience also. Don't worry about club standings you might do better than you think.
  14. Congratulations Mike and you have some great kids.
  15. Welcome to Pittsburgh. I sent you a pm with a link on it.
  16. Cart, what if he got a larger jackplate like a 12" lift and if he put it down the whole way do you think it would change the height or would it be the same? Just a thought.
  17. I've been T-rigging a Strike king bleeding baits tubes in Chartruse pepper and been killing em on it.
  18. Now all you need guys is a rainbow flag flying high over the top of those cabins.
  19. I might be riding down solo this year but either way I'll be bringing my 20' Fish and Ski and it has 4 captain chairs so I'll have more than enough room for you. The 2 back seats are folded down in this pic
  20. That Mule deer is a beauty. Good luck to you.
  21. Glenn, was it this morning? huh, must of missed it. Bob is a real nice guy. When I met him down at Kentucky lake he answered all my questions and then went into specific detail with the steps I should take to correct the problems I was having with the pond. I seen that he was doing that for anybody who asked him a question. To me that very impressive.
  22. I drink ALOT of Coors Light throughout the year. But, When I'm working around the house in the summer and it's hot outside I'll take and drink my wife's Mike's Hard Lemonade.
