My Dad taught me when I was a child, but he's not much of a fisherman his thought of fishing is with a bobber and live bait. Then I've been fishing through-out high school off and on. I was more into cars and girls. ;D 6 years ago I found out I was having a baby boy so I started fishing again, so when it was his turn to learn I could teach him. But the past 6 years a hobby turned into an obsession, now a friend I met on here turned me towards tounament fishing this year we'll see how that goes. joe

I didn't think KY Lake was that bad besides the parking at the lodge. Everybody there made there boat fit one way or another. joe

yep, 17'6" Glasstream with a 112 Johnson.

It would be even more funny if that would happen to be his wife's SUV because his trucks in the shop for repair and she didn't want him to go fishing with her car. Imagine explaining that when you got home fellas. lol Either way that would suck. ;D

Wow, them are pretty nice.

I got one, never used it. It's a Rapala folding net. I like it cause doesn't take up much room and it's always out of the way.

I use it and like it. I like pulling the boat out of the water and just wiping it down with a towel, there's no need anymore to rinse the boat off at the end of every trip. joe

I like BPS better but, I go to Cabela's because it's 2 hours closer. joe

I use spinners with ablack skirt with chrome blades or white/chartreuse skirt with chrome willow blade. Those are the most productive colors for me. joe

With your weather like that I would throw Jerkbaits, slow roll spinnerbaits and If your not getting any bites then I would switch over to a jig. joe
