  1. Beautiful fish!!! That right there is a hawg! Sounds like y'all had too much fun!
  2. My favorite right now has gotta be the Xcalibur Xr50, after a few suggestions from the guys here! Foxy Shad and Foxy Mama have been producing very well for me. I've also been trying out the Xrk50 one knocker, but with a little less success. Cordell Spot's are excellent if you're lookin' for something cheap.
  3. Ouch! That is friggin' nuts.
  4. 10" Anaconda in Okeechobee Craw definitely in first. Gene Larew 12" Blue/Black coming in very close second.
  5. Ehh, that sucks. I'll probably still stop by and check it out after work today. Edit: Just got back, now I can get Cavitron's locally! Hooray! 8-) They have a few Xcalibur One Knockers as well...
  6. What will they think of next? :
  7. Dang man, that sucks. My prayers definitely go out to ya'! Hope everything's gonna be okay! :'(
  8. Oughta stay in the freshwater! We've been killin' it the past couple days! My brother who never fishes caught an 8 pounder the other day, and me and a buddy caught over 35 the past 2 days!
  9. Lemme know if you get back soon, might go check it out later on tonight!
  10. Way to go man! Nice fish!
  11. Definitely an excellent day... At least I know where she lives now and that there are some monsters in there!
  12. I got sunburnt today out on the boat. ;D ;D ;D 8-)
  13. x2. If it's not too cold out, throw on that poncho!
  14. Windy, windy day out. I was contemplating even going out or not. My buddy talked me and my brother into it. So me and a friend bring my older brother out on the boat in our neighborhood lake. He hasn't been fishing in years. I give him a Pflueger Trion combo with an Xr50. Results: He catches the biggest friggin' fish I've ever seen in this lake. 8 pounds spot on. That's my buddy holding my brothers fish. We passed it around, boy was that thing heavy!! One more pic of it... And my brother's got pretty big hands. And here's a 4-5 pounder that I caught. Look at the mouth of this thing! What a day! Someone's jealous. ;D All in all we caught about 17-18 fish and had an awesome time! Goes to show what you're missing when the weather doesn't look that great.
  15. Grande Steak Quesadilla.
  16. Thanks a lot guys! Yeah, I hooked into another one yesterday that was even bigger, but he got off at the boat. They're not bad lil' fighters!
  17. Looks like a friggin' awesome day! Congrats and thanks for all your service!
  18. Yeah, I think I must've got a bad one. I dunno. All the other ones I have have been performing okay, but this one was just killin' em the other day and I was having some troubles... I think the color's called Foxy Mama or something like that... Really awesome lure except for the few problems I've had. Thanks a lot guys!
  19. Yeah, that thing had no teeth, at least not that I could feel. They any good eating? Just wondering for next time.
  20. Thanks J!
  21. Thanks a ton Burley! (and what the heck is that in your avatar??)
  22. WOW!! :o That is one friggin' FATTY! Congrats!!
  23. Anyone know what size and brand hooks and split rings they use on the Xr50? I'd like to replace them. Had a small bass today rip off the front hook and split ring, and it appeared the back split ring was kind of loose as well. Then I was trying to use the pliers getting a hook out of another fish and one of the hooks on the back treble broke off. > I REALLY REALLY like these lures (caught like 20 bass on one color today), but I don't think the hardware is top notch. Any help is appreciated!
