I'm live in MA can I still attend?? Also it says that it's considered a tourney with any more the 6 or more persons.. So how will they know if people are together fishing.. This really looks to put a damper on things.. I'll help any way that is needed..

Went back out last night around 6pm.. fished till 7:30 or so got one largie 2lbs 2oz about 15-16" long.. Got lots of bites but couldn't land fish.. Caught both fish today on watermelon 6" shakey head... If the weather holds up may go again today... I got pics i'll post up when i get home tommorow..

Got in about 1 hr ago lots of fish visable.. Lots of fish on beds.. Got 1 smallie on my way out off of bed about 2lbs.. my first smallie.. going to go back out later this afternoon.. seat is still open if anyone is interested.

Looks like i'll be up there in the morning now.. See if I can get up there by 7am or 8am

I went by Watuppa on my way to the cape.. There must of been 2-3' white caps.. that would of been fun fishing..

I may try to hit up Quinsigamond/Webster or Singletary this weekend as I'll be up at my buddies for a christening.

I did not end up going.. Way to windy ended up going out to Wareham for the day with some friends down near the water. Was nice just a bit blustery... I did get out on Watuppa again on SAT.. Needed to test the rewired trolling motor. Works like a charm now. There was a tourney there and some guys that were pulling out said it was really slow. My cousin managed a 2lber and a big azz pickrel.. me I got skunked again.. My Little cousin was ecstatic first time on the boat and first time catching more then just a sunfish..

I was going to try out stafford tomorrow. Anyone know if they will even allow me in there with a gas motor?? I Don't plan on using it just wondering?? Thanks David.

Ok So I went out and got a 50amp breaker and rewired the trolling motor for 24v only cleaned up all the contacts.. Also made a jumper for my battery charger.. Took her out today and worked like a champ even on Number 5 speed.. so 24v series was the way to go..

You got a boat?? I'm looking to go somewhere as well and have an empty seat...

There are 2 breakers one for each battery.. I will check when i get home what they are rated for.

I think i'm going to switch it to straight 24v.. I have a 2 bank charger would I still have to unplug the jumper to charge..

I think the issue may be how I have it wired. they are wired independently but the guide shows it to use a jumper.. I'll have to see someone's setup to see how theirs is..

I haven't been to Carbuncle this year yet.. Hopefully with this weather the bite will get better. I'm trying to find out where I want to fish this weekend..

24v trolling motor.. 4 prong plug for the motor with two sets of wires goes back to the breakers near the console then to the batteries. I think they are wired independently. Meaning one set of wires to the breaker then to the battery.. I have not checked for corrosion on the breakers but have on the plug and the batterys they should be ok.. I'm going to pull the panel for the breakers today and check for corrosion..

Went out yesterday with my new (used) boat for the 2nd time. This time I used 24v switch on the foot pedal and when using speed 4 or 5 the 2nd breaker trips.. I can switch it over to 12v and it works. I have to hit the reset and then 24v will work again.. It's a motor guide 40 series 50lb thrust motor with two 29 series batteries. What should I look for to fix this issue. (Corroded wires/two small gauge wires etc.) Any help would be appreciated..

I just picked up a 565 Last weekend at BPS. it was $20 so it came out to 179.. I also picked up trolling motor transducer mount. I love it so far Nice screen and picks up well.. You won't be disappointed.

I was at Zeke's today (South side of Johnsons) with Tin.. Nada nothing.. We even got hailed on during one of the rain squalls... Water is cold again 59 degrees and I threw up the goose egg...

Beds have been empty here are work for awhile 1 -2 weeks (warwick, RI) But they have tons of vegitation in this pond so they prob moved out. I'll be at Johnsons today with Tin. hopefully they will be biting.

?? just don't understand this I've been skunked my last to outings.. Went to watuppa on Sat and fished for 4+ hours with nothing.. I am ready to throw in the towel... Any advise on what is hitting right now.. Tried jigs/worms/tubes with nothing.. My dad got one loan bass on sat.. Mabey I'm just fishing the wrong ponds..
