I like the green's with PBJ jig's and or Alabama,watermelon spice, or a PBJ trailer. I fish alot of the Netbait trailers. Oh the new color last year works great on the PBJ is the Sun Perch,I like the sun perch on alot of color jigs!

For me just like other have said. Black/blue, green/orange,PBJ. any kind of green. Also try the *** jigs.

I work at Gander in the fishing Dept. ! Save your money, we get them back from time to time with the rod broke.Save up for a better rod my friend.

I was thinking of getting a Lew's Tournament MG or the Tournament Pro. Are these two reels almost alike?

i fish at night a ton! I like to fish a Jika rig,C-rig, jigs, the big black Jitterbug,frogs and some T-rigs. I like to fish the Baby Paca Craw,the Netbait 11 in. & the 15 in.C-Mac worms,Brush hog,Baby Brush Hog,Lizards,Beavers,Senko's and DD 22s'.. i fish alot of deep water in the summer and deep weedlines,deep water docks,humps,rock piles ect. And color does matter!!!!!

My vote goes to the Lew's reels, and then the others come in second!

I would start with the VMC spin shot hooks and drop shot weight for how deep you want to fish.You don't need every weight size,start out with 1/8 oz. and 1/4, 1/2 that should cover you in the weight dept.! What I like to do is fish a double drop shot rig= you have one hook about 10 to 12 in. from the weight and then have another hook 12 to 14 in. above the bottom hook. You now can cover more of the water column with two baits and you can try two colors to see what they want. And from time to time you will get doubles! it works great. And don't over work the rig,less is more!

Try them on a jika rig. You won't be sorry but WARNING you may have sore arms!!!

Yes I did hear that they are going to go back to making them the the way they were! Alot of people were not happy with the change!! So I think they got the hint!

I also make my own,it is alot cheaper and I can change things up a bit if i want.Just get a split ring pliers and go to town!

Yes, it can be fished anywhere.I have fished it on humps,points,ect. anywhere you would fish a T-rig! Yes the T-rig will not fall the same as the Jika but that also depends on what weight you want to fish too!

Yes, I was brought up ,you get what you pay for. I am not sure what you think is high end because everyone has a different out look on what is high end. But you don't have to go nuts on rod and reels in today's market. You can buy alot of good rods and reels from $80 up $150.

Bass Pro still sells the Speed Clips and I think they are like $2.99 and they have two size's! I think they come 25 to a pack.

It is great for punching,flippin,pitching,and i like to swim it very slow on the bottom! The bait has much more movement.Just put a Netbait baby Paca or a Paca and hang on!!!

I have fished them and they catch fish and at times I like it more than a t-rig. But i am going to give up what i do to the jika rig. As my number two split ring I use a Norman's Speed Clip so now I can change out my weight's in just seconds! The speed clips were made to change out crankbaits fast but I did try them on the jika rig and it works so nice! Now if I want to fish it in skinny water and later want to go deep all I have to do is push on one end of the speed clip and put on a bigger weight on! That easy!!!!
