  1. Don't mind him! Just ask away, for me it would be the Netbaits Paca craw lineup. And in magic craw, greenpumpkin, black & blue, just to name a few! And welcome to this site!!!!
  2. Great as a swim jig trailer!!!!! Just take about a in. off of the head and your good to go!
  3. I agree with the other post's! i fish the C-rig alot in the summer. And I am old school so I use the C-keeper or just rig it up old school! And yes Bass Pro does carry them.
  4. I fish Baby Brush Hogs on the DS. And it works for me! I fish the DS many ways and for me in the summer I catch more jist dragging the DS. OH,the Zoom dead ringer is killer too.
  5. Zoom baits are good for bleeding! And I have come up with some cool colors!!!!
  6. You can do that, but I like to keep them in there bags! They will last longer, and if you put a number of colors in one compartment they may bleed colors onto other worms.
  7. Swim jigs I fish these trailers= Netbait Paca chunk SR., Baby Paca craw,Kalins 5" grub, Twin tail grubs or a paddle tail swim bait. On football jigs I cut down a ribbon tail worm and use the ribbon tail as my trailer, brush hogs, lizards,Paca Craws and any paddle tail swim bait! Oh I can't forget the Netbait Dort Dawg!
  8. I like the NorthStar jigs alot. And I am sure the other two that have been posted are good also. The NorthStar jigs is all that I fish. Love his Black jigs, and the football jig's in molting craw,PB&J,Insanity,Chaos,Wrotten Banna, and in the football heads I fish 3/4 or 1 oz.! And his swim jigs and Flip & Swim are the best I have ever seen or fished, the bluegill & New Gill are KILLER all year!!!!!!
  9. it is a small bag! It is ok, not a high end bag but it works for my drop shot and jika rig stuff!
  10. I would not use braid on a spinnerbait! You want alittle give in the line so I would go mono or fluo.
  11. 12 or 15 lb. Seaguar Invizk or Abrazx.
  12. Bog-O, We can't give out too much info,BABY STEPS! LOL
  13. Crestliner2008, They still work to this day! I guide at night and it is at the top of my list for topwater's! That musky size works better for me than the small size! I just change out the hooks to VMC 5/0 and HANG ON!
  14. My number one ie a 3/4 oz. or a 1 oz. football jig and swim it on deep weedlines, and my others are big worms up to 15in., BIG black jitterbug, senko's,brush hogs.
  15. For me I also would go jigs, and then big worms 12 in. to 15 in. worms.
  16. Someone will always have something better, you can't go through life looking to see what others have because you eill never be a happy dude! You have a wife and kids be happy for having them. You can fish, like the other post said bass don't look to see what kind of boat, rod, reel you have! You may have more than he does already!
  17. I agree, and I think Owner has what you need! A little trick I do on my Jika rig is on the first split ring I put a Norman's speed clip so now I can change weights fast!
  18. What kinf of frog were you fishing? I like to bend my frog hooks up and out just a bit for better hook up's.
  19. Junebug Black grape Pink red shad greenpumpkin red
  20. Maybe it is not the line??????? But the user??????? I fish the 832 and I have no problems at all.Did you have your reel set wright? I am not trying to be a punk just trying to help.
  21. WW2farmer,found it! like I posted before, the VMC hooks are sticky sharp and much better on the wallet! I fish the VMC on just about all my rigs!
  22. They use salt for the weight and as a taste factor!
  23. I have fished them and had no problems and they are a good hook. But my VMC hooks will give them a run for there money! Pun intended!
  24. I fish my swim jigs in a in. of water down to the deep weedlines, deep rock piles and as deep as 30 ft. for me!
  25. There is no wright answer, let the bass tell you what they want! I have my go to jigs and colors so, I have one rod set with a rattle and one without a rattle and I will fish both off and on untill I find what they want. But most of the time they want it with rattles on the lakes that I fish. Sometimes a rattle can turn them off,now if you are fishing dark water then you have to to with a rattle.
