Not being a money man, that's one thing I could never understand. Why cost someone out of a house that will sit empty and make no money, when you could refinance for the owner and have an income coming in off of that property? Don't make sense.

Scored a 23, getting ready for the fox farm. Hook'em, that Saturday morning cartoon frenzy is still missed. Bugs, Elmer, RR, Wiley coyote, all good stuff. Some one told me that a lot of that stuff, especially the RR and W E Coyote clips were voluntarily not shown anymore because they were sometimes violent. Forgot a lot of that stuff until Glenn and you started reminiscing

I just sent out a couple spinng rods in a 3" tube to Muddy(PA). Granted they were 2 piece and tube length was 57", but shipping priority was actually cheaper that regular parcel post. The postmaster sctratched his head on that one. Parcel post was $15 and priority was $10. He didn't question it, we just shipped it priority.

Any body able to tell me what the temp is in that area at that time of year?
