A Yacht is docked in the harbor. The ladder overhanging currently has water level to the 2nd step from the bottom of the latter. The steps are spaced 1 foot apart, and it is an 6 foot latter. The incoming tide rises 3 foot while the boat is docked. What step of the latter is the water level to now?

Crystal Pepsi was something I am glad I did not drink much of. Around my JR year of HS (Probably 10 years after the stuff was discountinued from production) we found a 6 pack of Crystal Pepsi in the back of a storage closet at my HS. As a high school official I hate that the NFHS has adopted the overrated horse collar rule. I do like the NCAA change to the punt situation though. On the other hand, I hate the timing rules that have been tinkered with the past few years. If they want to speed up the game, just start the clock after all first downs (that ended inbounds), other than inside of 2 minutes left in the half.
