  1. I always where sunglasses that are impact resistant, and when it's too dark for sunglasses (like during a tournament blast off) I wear clear safety glasses. Lots of bugs flying around in the early morning, and I don't want one hitting my eye while going 70+ mph. Can't tell you how many times after a blast off I'll catch myself an hour later still wearing my clear glasses. LOL!
  2. Just sent a PM to you guys.
  3. Free stuff!! 5 chances to win! Just a few days left! Enter every day for best chances!
  4. Yup, I've been using it for a few years now.
  5. Yep, I've been throwin it...
  6. The Suzuki SS Series https://www.suzukimarine.com/outboards/ss-series/
  7. I'll be walking the floor, going to meetings and such. I don't wear my jersey and hat to this event, so I'm not so easy to spot. I can't hide the mustache though. LOL I'll be wearing a shirt that's close to the background color of this page, and holding a black binder....and probably looking like I'm lost. LOL
  8. A couple of videos that will help you:
  9. I'll be there and it would be great to meet you! What booth will you be at?
  10. New video - what do you think?
  11. That's great to hear! I'm happy to hear the fine folks here helped you catch fish when conditions were tough. That's what we're about! I'm delighted to hear about your success!! I'm fortunate to be on the west coast in that I've been using finesse tactics since the early '80s...long before the rest of the nation knew anything about them (I'm sure @WRB can relate). Because of this experience, I was one of the first (maybe the first?) Youtube channels to post in-depth videos on various finesse tactics (dropshots, tubes, splitshots, finesse jigs, reapers, etc), plus many "unconventional" ways to fish "finesse" baits (bubba shot, flipping finesse jigs and finesse worms, grubs, 3" tubes, and so on). Bottom line: if you're not fishing finesse lures and techniques, you're missing out!
  12. ^^ This ^^ I'm kinda weird (I guess) because I love nearly every vegetable except eggplant. Deakn03 nailed it. Drizzle some melted butter before serving and BAM! Delicious. Another way I like is like @A-Jay method - steamed whole. Again, drizzle with melted butter and a touch of salt and you're in like flynn. I used to make them these ways when I got home from high school for a great afternoon snack! Still do!
  13. Load 'em up! https://www.bassresource.com/giveaway/seaguar-tatsu-giveaway-always-the-best.html
  14. Thanks guys. It takes hours of work to put each of my videos together, so it's nice to hear folks like one every now and then.
  15. If you see a Captcha logo but no question, that's just telling you Captcha is running in the background and you don't need to answer any questions. You can go ahead and submit the entry.
  16. Well now. Didn't expect that.... https://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_123/garmin-power-pole-7623.html I like it.
  17. Interesting new entry in the shallow water anchor wars. Anyone know anything about them? https://store.lci1.com/lewmar-shallow-water-anchor-black-2022108805?queryID=12c42bf97371488077d6ae7f06ac2ba1&objectID=98437&indexName=production_default_products

That's a really bad picture of them. Here's better pics, and a much better explanation about the upgrades and changes to the Mojo line: https://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_123/st-croix-7623.html

Power-Pole in introducing a new trolling motor, MOVE. https://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_123/power-pole-move-7523.html Denali is introducing fishing reels. And new brand Seviin is debuting. https://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_123/seviin-intro-62223.html
  20. @Woody B Some people can afford a Cadillac but choose not to buy one. Cadillacs tend to have the latest technology unavailable in most cars (hence the hefty price tag) but will be standard equipment or affordable options within 5 years. Chip, downscan, and sidescan went that route - but now with even faster processors and without extra transducers. So too will livescope, 360, FFS, and whatever comes next in fishing electronics. For many, it makes financial sense to hold off on the latest and greatest in fishing electronics.

  22. Armed with these 4 worm types, you'll be able to catch fish all summer long!
  23. Hmmm.... is this in reference to my surgery almost exactly 1 year ago? Because I've recovered 100% and am back at it again! Same as I was before. No issues. But I'm feeling kinda bad about it after reading about all you guys and the issues you're having. Sorry to hear about your health problems. But take it slow - slower than you want to go - and give your body time to heal. Hope you'll be back at it again soon!

Yes, you have been here for 20 years! You would think that makes you the longest-standing active member here...but RW has you beat by 12 days! LOL But dang, there's a HUGE gap between you and the next active member. That's a big deal! So glad you're still here, and yes, we've come a looong way!
