I'm going to close this now, as there's already another thread on this, and the problem is being worked on.

It's an intermittent problem, so you'll have periods when it works fine, and then all of the sudden it doesn't. It's going to take awhile to slueth this one. Appreciate your patience.

It's explained the FAQ's guys. Scroll up to the top and find the link in the middle of the navigation bar.
