Try a nice, easy lob. With the right rod and reel, you'd be surprised at how far it will go!

It's next weekend at the convention center/arena. Any good places near there? Walking distance, or a short car ride would be ideal.

first boat!!!! :)
Tip for backing a trailer: Place your hand at the bottom of the steering wheel. Now, just move your hand to the left if you want the trailer to go left, to the right if you want it to go right. Be sure the plug is in the boat, the back boat straps off, and nothing in your way. Enjoy!

whats everyones pick on deep cycle batteries
I've used Delco Voyagers with tremendous results. My last set (of 4) lasted 6 years. I only replaced them because I wasn't sure how far I could push them. And I use them hard, too, year round. I've also heard great things about Trojans. But they cost more than the Delcos, so I've never tried them. I have heard more negative things about (n)everstarts than good. I'd steer clear of them if I were you. But that's just me.

BAUGHT MY FIRST BASS BOAT
While it can be difficult at times to read a post full of misspellings, let's not be too eager to jump on somebody about it. For some, spelling is not their forte. And if they feel they're going to get ambushed by the spelling police, they're less apt to post here. So while spelling errors can by annoying for some, I'd much rather relish in a member's contributions than make them feel unwelcome. Tips and helpful suggestions - such as "use the check spelling feature" - are always welcome, but please be careful of becoming over-zealous about spelling and grammar. Thanks! Glenn

Anti virus suggestions
TrendMicro PC-Cillin Also note that cookies are NOT harmful to your computer. It's a total myth. They're really not bad at all, actually. In fact, you couldn't log onto this forum without them. Same goes for online banking, eBay, PayPal, etc. etc. etc. I can't remember the last time I cleared my cookies. It's just a non-issue. Much ado about nothing.

Ok, so that's one suggestion to keep in mind. Can anyone recommend a place for us to meet Saturday? It doesn't have to be BBQ.
