  2. And we had late-season snow last night. Tomorrow? Torrential rains in the forecast.
  3. You have gas under $3/gallon???! I haven't seen those prices in over a decade in my neck of the woods! (yes, we have the highest gas prices in the country) Regardless of price, my boat will never see ethanol as long as I own it.
  4. Spro McStik 110 +1 ^^ Yep, that's a good one too! ^^ https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Team_Ark_J110SP_Suspending_Jerkbaits/descpage-TZSJS.html
  5. I remember fishing with him when his Nitro was brand spanking new. Great guy and he's missed around here. Be sure to say hi to him from me personally as well as the gang here.

  8. Hey guys, Too many times I hear "Hey I saw you at the Classic, but I didn't say hi because....." So if you see me at the Classic, step up and introduce yourself! Even if I'm talking to somebody else. You're not being intrusive at all. I'd love to meet you!

  10. Fellow WA angler here. Use a 3.5" tube, green pumpkin. Splitshot is probably your best bet this time of year. Here's how: and since you're new to tube fishing, you're going to want to watch this: Good luck!
  11. New Video! Some clever organization ideas here!
  12. I think Meiho does make the Gamakatsu boxes, but they're not all simply re-labled boxes. Most are built per Gamakatsu's specs and offered exclusively by Gamakatsu. That's why I showed them to you - to offer up more choices. They have accessories too.
  13. Yes, they trailer their boat w/full livewells to the weigh-in (90 min drive one-way for Guntersville). Post weigh-in, they're put into a release barge and trailered back to the lake. I'm not a fan. I prefer places where the weigh-in is near the launch (Knoxville, New Orleans, Shreveport, etc) I also wish they'd go to new places. Seems they're locked onto the same 5 or 6 locations and rotate amongst them. *yawn* With thousands of bodies of water to fish, it's a crime they don't go anywhere else.
  14. @bulldog1935 and @Gera If you like those boxes, then you'd be interested in what Gamakatsu offers. They're very similar: https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/catpage-GAMAKSTRG.html?from=basres be sure to scroll to the bottom. 15. Yep, in my workplace, they're training all of us on it, including ethics. I've discovered it greatly increases productivity and reduces mistakes in my own work. What I've heard over and over is this: AI isn't replacing people and jobs, but people that use AI will replace those that don't.
  16. New Video! Swim worms have long been a secret bait of the pros. We tell you exactly how to use them to catch loads of fish!
  17. I will be there Friday and Saturday. Hope to see you there! Who's going to be there?
  18. New article just posted! https://www.bassresource.com/fishing/break-down-new-waters.html
  19. This year will be my 18th Classic. Fort Worth will be my 19th. So...yes!
  20. https://www.bassresource.com/fish/fishing_log.html ^^ That is, quite literally, the same fishing log I created and started using in 1990 and still use today. I originally printed it out on a dot-matrix printer. LOL
