  1. Same with IE 7, here.
  2. Your too much of a stand up guy to do that. It was up to me to take ownership of the crap that played into all of that. You should not left to be the one to explain , what I was part of. I said what I had to , it has not been said in open forum, now I can bury it in the past.
  3. Glenn; I hope you do not mind me jumping in here. I was guilty of leaving here and deleting myself, to make a statement. I was fueled by my own pig headed personal feelings and a couple of lies fed to me, and then I stuck my nose where it did not belong. I was wrong, it was disruptive and I permanatly ruined some friendships. I put the whole administration in a bad place, I acted like a complete drama queen , first class a##h##e. I was so out of line I should have been permanently banned from here, it was not the first time my arrogance and anger caused trouble here. Road warrior got in touch with me, and he helped me get things right, the 2 folks I hurt most Glenn and LBH, graciously forgave me and I was welcomed back, Getting rid of the deleted member button was a good idea, as others in a moment of nuttiness have done it only to come back AND THEY WERE ACCEPTED BACK
  4. GOOD NIGHT IRENE ISN"T ALL THAT HARD EITHER :
  5. Thanks; the general consensus seems to be stay with the fish.
  6. Way to take the easy way out : No the easy way out is still : READ THE FAQ'S ;D
  7. Can't say anything bad about the Holy Shimanos around here ;D
  8. this does not always hold true for me especially on the gin clear waters of the Leigh; Black/shad best for the last 2 years there. On clear stripping pits hear the dark trick sticks catch as much as the pink, whites and bubbleguums. I think darker /natural colors suffice and the color thing is more to attract fishermans dollars than fish in the long run.
  9. Hey Stu, pretty cool I grew up in Brooklyn and first fished saltwater. From the shores of Plum Beach, behind Korvetts on Bay Parkway and Breezy Point, the old adage Follow The Birds is what worked there! Some shorelines in fresh water are just a waste of time, when walking a pond or a lake I try to avoid the crowds, it's worth getting scratched up by brush and reeds.
  10. I've got Hot Sauce in a Daiwa for about a year. I've also used it in a couple of Quantums. I've seen no negative effects other than it actually stains brass gearing. It is fast stuff, and easy to apply since its RED. At the recommendation of a qualified reel mechanic and tech I started using Hot Sauce and have to say I am impressed. I get 180+ days a year on the water and have been using Hot Sauce oil and grease on my Quantum and Revo reels with no problems at all. In fact, the first thing I do when I buy a new reel is to take it apart and relube it with Hot Sauce. It holds up in hot and cold weather and especially under the stress of throwing swimbaits and crankbaits all day long. Can't argue with that kind of experience. Especially from someone who is not selling an alternate product.
  11. Personally I think this is why he is so loud: methamphetamine

  15. Stress A lecturer when explaining stress management to an audience, Raised a glass of water and asked "How heavy is this glass of water?" Answers called out ranged from 20g to 500g. The lecturer replied, "The absolute weight doesn't matter. It depends on how long you try to hold it. If I hold it for a minute, that's not a problem. If I hold it for an hour, I'll have an ache in my right arm. If I hold it for a day, you'll have to call an ambulance. In each case, it's the same weight, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes." He continued, "And that's the way it is with stress management. If we carry our burdens all the time, sooner or later, As the burden becomes increasingly heavy, We won't be able to carry on. " "As with the glass of water, You have to put it down for a while and rest before holding it again. When we're refreshed, we can carry on with the burden." "So, before you return home tonight, put the burden of work down. Don't carry it home. You can pick it up tomorrow. Whatever burdens you're carrying now, Let them down for a moment if you can." So, my friend, Put down anything that may be a burden to you right now. Don't pick it up again until after you've rested a while. Here are some great ways of dealing with the burdens of life: * Accept that some days you're the pigeon, And some days you're the statue. * Always keep your words soft and sweet, Just in case you have to eat them. * Always read stuff that will make you look good If you die in the middle of it. * Drive carefully. It's not only cars that can be Recalled by their maker. * If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague. * If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, It was probably worth it. * It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply be kind to others. * Never put both feet in your mouth at the same time, Because then you w on't have a leg to stand on. * Nobody cares if you can't dance well. Just get up and dance. * Since it's the early worm that gets eaten by the bird, sleep late. * The second mouse gets the cheese. * Birthdays are good for you. The more you have, the longer you live. * You may be only one person in the world, But you may also be the world to one person. * Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once. * We could learn a lot from crayons... Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all have to live in the same box. *A truly happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery on a detour.Have an awesome day!
