I recently have decided to give e-tex a try over D2T. I have a couple of LCs on the drying wheel right now with the first coat of e-tex. I just have a couple of questions: How long do they need to rotate? How many coats should I use, is 1 coat good enough? Thanks in advance

I've only had the thin crust since their improvements. Couldn't tell a difference, which is fine because I never saw a problem with their previous pizzas. Might have to try a hand tossed soon...

I'm also pulling for the Vikings. They deserve this win more then the Aints. It's tough playing in the Superdome though.

They're playing great. I figured the game would be closer. I just hope they're able to knock the Saints out of the playoffs.
