its okay i skuned out today too. my friends caught 5 catfish together and i didn't even have a bite.

i bought the slow sink and feels more like a top water swim bait.... hopefully i'll catch fish w/ it soon......

Hey guys, im going to walmart to pick up some spinning rooster tail lure for trout fishing tomorrow and i was wondering what colors do you think works the best? I've use the green color one that worked pretty good before. Anyone have any good advice? oh yah local lakes in Los angeles stocked trouts this week. thx

I think i should give them a call and ask. hehe... Anyways here is a large mouth that i caught today off Legg Lake, in El Monte California. 19" and around 6-7lbs...

i landed this large mouth today using night crawlers and a floater. I used regular cheap 8 lb. line and flour carbon 8lb. leader line... It gaved a good fight and it ran left and right. Then he/she ran into the bushes and stopped fighting and i pulled the bushes in to land it. It is 19" and estimate about 6-7lbs.... I caught it at Legg Lake in El Monte, California. .
