  1. Anyone having problems with these lures? The past 2 fishing trips, broke off 2 bills (one of which on the 5th cast) and another broke in half right below the bill, lost bottom half and both hooks! Can you send these back?!? These are my favorite crankbaits but seem to be extremely fragile.

  5. looking to see if anyone knows where i can get the exacrt replacement guides for the bionic blade (spinning) and extreme (casting). i want to try to find the exact ones that are missing on the rods i want to repair. Extreme has a missing ceramic insert and the bionic blade has a missing second eyelet. Thanks
  6. I actually drove from Pittsburgh area to missouri to get it. i was nervous because i drove 11 hours and didnt want to be disappointed. my wife went along, she would have been extremely mad if we drove 22 hours round trip with nothing to bring home. i was excited on the way home. i have not personally had it out yet, we ran it down there. we didnt open it up, but i was told 50-55 depending on load and conditions. it has a mean mercury custom 4 blade prop. he had it at 55 gps one person tackle 1/2 fuel.

  18. Looking to buy a Stratos with this engine. wanting to know if anyone has this engine, how it runs, and if anyone has heard with problems with the model, or even opinions of the evinrude motors around the 1998 model.
  19. It seems as though everybody uses green over clear...... I may try that this year and see if i can tell a difference
  20. Curious to when you decide to use "green" tinted/colored line oppose to clear.
  21. I see that there is also a Shenango River Reservior in ohio, how does that compare to the Shenango River Lake? Which lake out of the ones you mentioned in ohio the best?
  22. Thanks guys for all your input. You are right about Raystown, it is very good in the spring and fall, but in the summertime you might as well stay at home, way too much boat traffic. It was tough fishing there in the summer in my 16' w/15 hp. white caps all day crashing over the boat! I plan to keep that boat with the addition of a stratos. everyone i talk to loves Wilhelm. So i think it is important to have a bigger bass boat along with a smaller one to complament the smaller restricted lakes. i think misquito lake would be one of the closer ones to me (cranberry, pa). I may consider trying them out. I have a lot of interest in presque isle bay, im sure its a blast up there. how are the smallies in the bay? Its a shame that the rivers suck as bad as they do. FLW has the Forest Wood Cup on them this summer. Its gonna be as bad as the Bassmaster classic weigh in im sure.
  23. I currently have a 16 Sea Nymph w/ 15 hp. I finally finished up college and bought my home so im ready now to but another boat, looking at a new Stratos 275 Pro XL w/ 115. Do you think that Shenango is considered one of the better bass fisheries in western PA? Im used to fishing places like Raystown, Yough dam, Keystone, Yellow Creek. Are there better lakes to fish in our area? i have done a lot of map studying this winter on Arthur, Wilhelm, and Shenango. Would you rather fish the 3 Rivers than Shenango? THanks for all your imput
  24. See what anglers out there fish any of these two lake and if so which they prefer. Im new to the area (cranberry pa) and looking to see which lake i should start to fish.
  25. I was wondering the same question....
