  1. Terminator T-1's are the best for the price.
  2. The sexy series was KVD's brainchild so something must be right there.
  3. Hey njbasser has pretty much hit the nail on the head as far as a good basic starter collection of bass catchers. I would add Terminator T-1 spinnerbaits to that list. Good luck.
  4. No problem. I fish various lakes, rivers and ponds in the midlands area. I know plenty of honey holes in that area.
  5. Most of the time i will take off the split ring and use either a surgeons loop knot or Rapala knot. The lure WILL act more naturally and will be more balanced without the split ring.
  6. I think for the price the Pflueger President is the best for the money. A good alt. would be the Shimano Sonora or Sahara. Pflueger is the high end line of Shakespere.
  7. ???????????????????????????????????
  8. The Yum craws are awesome.
  9. Man, I would fish a swimbait anytime rather than finesse fish. You cover more water with a swimbait rather than dropshot/jig fishing.
  10. The Boca Grip with scale built into it. It is a little pricey though.
  11. By far Terminator T-1 spinnerbaits are superior to most if not all of the on the rack spinnerbaits out there. From their top quality ball-bearing swivels to the titanium wire they simply catch more fish for me. If Treminator didn't exist I would use Stanley or Boo-Yah. And for the skeptics, I've caught hundreds of fish on Terminator... someone must not know how to fish ?
  12. Skitterwalks and Sammies are much better than that whatever it is.
  13. Tube, Senko, wacky worm, or jigs will all work in clear water with boulderey bottoms.
  14. $ 49.99... whatever. I could buy 2-3 Lucky crafts and a couple of Rapalas for that and still catch twice as many fish. I say you're payiing way too much or putting all your dollars into one basket. Or in this case... lure.
  15. Agreed. A Terminator T-1 series spinnerbait with chartreuse/white skirt and Colorado gold and silver blades would be my choice.
  16. Try a slow fishing a spook or a dark floating worm. Black spinnerbaits with large blades also work at night 4 me.
  17. Owner and Gamakatsu are my choices.
  18. Bass love intrusive and noisy especially to home in on where the're at it is nessasary. I have found that using a good search pattern with spinnerbaits and rattle trap type lipless crankbaits work to find fish quick while covering allot of water in a short period of time. Just cast and reel in repeatedly till you're on em'. You can't finesse fish if you can't locate them. And almost anything thats remotley intrested will hit a spinnerbait or lipless crankbait. Swimbaits are also good search lures too.
  19. Rapala Xrap Jointed #13 Slashbait is the best jointed Rapala model.
  20. May the Lord be with him and his family.
  21. Anyone in NO or Miss. may as well leave now. I would.
