  1. Yeah I've never cared for arbys except for their fries. Maybe I'm just not ordering the right thing. But sonic has to be the worst fastfood place ever.
  2. What someone should do is tell them you want to buy it and then after htey send you all that garbage just be like oh I'm actually visiting family in new york or wherever next week ill just pick it up haha i wonder what their response would be...if any at all
  3. Yeah I've never bought based on what goes out of stock faster it was merely an observation....Thanks guys for the responses
  4. I've been looking into getting some big swimbaits, and notice quite a few of them have colors of male bluegill or female bluegill. It always seems like female bluegill sell out faster is there an advantage to one or the other? Time to use one or the other or is it just a preference thing?
  5. I got you all beat! ;D I'm rocking the Berkley Cherrywood medim power 3/8-3/4 lure even though it couldn't dream of handling a 3/4oz lure. Slapped on this gorgeous rod is an Abu Garcia Cardinal spinning reel. Not dedicated to shakey heads, but this is what i use it most for..that and wacky senkos and the cavitron haha gets the job done and pretty well i might add for a 30 dollar set up!
  6. Yeah when i saw him in those youtube street fights i didn't like him at all...but now that i've seen his attitude towards the ufc and being a fighter i hope the best for him.
  7. No fighters leave the house now after a loss. It's been that way for a couple seasons now. They stick around and keep on training in case someone else gets injured/sick and cant make a fight....in this case, it will be Kimbo that fights for someone. What Roy did to Kimbo is not much different than what Lesnar did to Mir in their second fight. Lesnar used his weight advantage to hold Mir down and land some punches. Roy did the same except his punches weren't as powerful as Lesnar's. Only difference was, Mir has the ability to get up but couldn't because of Lesnar's strength and weight advantage, so they called it. (plus he was getting pounded). Kimbo doesnt have the ability to get up and it didnt really matter if Roy was hitting him hard or not....he couldn't do anything about it either way and there is a rule about being able to defend yourself. And if you think about it....getting put in a crucifix position for minutes at a time like Kimbo was, you aint doing much defending of yourself. I think Kimbo should cut to 205 after the show and fight with guys closer to his weight range. If he stays a heavyweight he'll be giving up 30-40+ pounds almost every fight. Maybe after he fights at 205 for a while and gains some skills he could move back to HW and have a better chance of doing something. Yeah he really should, especially if he doesn't win the show or w/e. I mean even then he'd have a hard time because at this point anyone that knows the ground game will take him down eventually and win. If he could get his ground game as good as his striking, which still isn't perfect, he might have a chance against most of the ufc HW. LW would def. be a smarter option for him if he even wants to starting thinking of being the champion
  8. I really think the fight was real but I mean the fight had to be called, i was surprised htey didn't call it hte first time when he had him pinned tapping him for 20 seconds at least. And yes since he lost, i believe it is rigged in that way because kimbo is such a money magnet for dana. Which is why they will bring him back. But yeah i'm sure who fights who is staged, and maybe little arguments like that ****** british guy who keeps acting like he's going to fight rampage, thats probably set up. But the fighters and what they go through is real
  9. Yeah the ref should've stood then up when roy was just laying on top and nothing was happening for like 30 seconds. But yeah give kimbo time by the end of this show he will be able to take him i bet.
  10. Yeah his size compared to someone with little ground game just made it so unfair but yeah kimbo against someone his size will be a good fight i cant wait till next weeks i hope to see him fight again.
  11. Probably, but even so a guy roys size and being good on the ground against someone who doesn't have much ground game is pretty uneven. By the end of the show kimbo will be a LOT better.
  12. No, it was a good episode but I wanted kimbo to win and of course roy took him to the ground and got the tko. Then acted like he was the best telling dana white to go get him a whopper with no pickles and he was the king and wanted it his way. Whats going to be good though is next weeks you can't miss that one.
  13. Anyone else watch this show or keep up with the ufc? I'm probably rambling to myself but Roy is such a ****** bag thinking he's the man for winning against kimbo. That ticks me off he's not good, otherwise he'd be in the ufc already and he only won because of the huge 30lb size difference. If you don't watch this show or keep up with the ufc, you need to. It's more entertaining than any sport in my opinion. The show comes on wednesday nights at 10 on spike.

Unfortunately I thought they were neat and "different" and picked up 2 shallow divers and a popper. Now the popper never gets used...its HUGE. The shallow divers only got used when I was in dirty water, and still had no special luck. They are nice little cranks, wouldn't spend that much on em again though.
  15. as they say...you'll catch more bees with honey man...i'd talk to him and sugar coat what ever turd there may be between y'all...so there isn't that possible added stress factor or awkwardness or whatever...clear the air with the old dude & make peace...be better all around... And if its possible, why not take a second pole along. Invite the guy to join you in the fishing. Sounds like you've seen him at his worst, so you may want to see him at his potential best. Nobody ever got hurt making a new friend. Definately not the idea I'm leaning towards, I'll be nice but friends is pushing it. He's already on the fritts and just not someone I want to be around. He heard a gun shot in the neighborhood one time i was fishing and he was talking with us. I was like, what the hell. And he said, sounds like a .22. If he's going to be shooting off his .22 I'll go and shoot off my guns.
  16. Exactly haha the couple people I have dealt with were excellent but I know these people are out there and it would give everyone a better feeling of assurance if you saw they had a lot of good feedback.
  17. That would easily be a 10/10...but those wheels make it at most a 6/10. I'd still kill to be able to drive it though! ;D
  18. Didn't know this but I'm anxious to see what it is! But yeah sounds like this might be a good idea since I'm sure there are also other great ideas to help out the forum.
  19. Pretty sure this was the best place to post this, if not please redirect it. Anyways after picking my old hobby of playing paintball, I joined a forum that had a suggestion thread. It seems like a great idea for forum members to give input on what they like/don't like or what could make it a better forum! Also I noticed they have a feedback rating system for b/s/t. This would be great to have on this forum because of all the selling/trading going on! I know most people are honest and nice people, but there are some pathetic people that if they did try and scam someone, they would have bad feedback for everyone to know, don't ship first with this guy. I might get flamed for this because I know this forum is already great just thought it was a good idea!
  20. Yeah I'm always nice as can be unless he's being mean. Adressing him yes sir no sir and what not. I guess if he did come out there to check out the pass and then stayed the rest the time i fished it wouldn't be that big of a deal...IF that happened it's only one morning/night of bad fishing and I'll still have the rest of the year! thanks for all the input guys!
  21. He has a wife somehow. And we WOULD be nice to him we loved his stories. At one point he even said that pass wasn't valid but he didn't care he wouldn't tell anyone because we weren't hurting anything. THEN he comes around threatening to sue us and call the cops? There is something wrong with him.
  22. Yeah this is what i WANT to do. He lives right beside where i park so i know for sure he will know when i get there and after i show him the pass he'd probably try and stay there and talk ruining the first day back of fishing. It just tickss me off because its not like it's over crowded, and to pay 100 dollars to fish in an oversized pond is rediculous....its just the only place around to fish. :-/
  23. This might be a long story and I'll start from the top.Well I just got into bass fishing last year at the beginning of summer and my friend and I would go to a place in his aunts neighborhood where they had a "lake" which wasn't much bigger than a pond. It was a great place to fish from shore and catch decent size bass and occasionally 'nessy'. This neighborhoods lake was man made so the people that lived there paid extra for it, and you had to have a pass to fish there, which we had but the pass said 2005 on it. Well anyways off and on this old man wearing a button up shirt that was unbuttoned leaving his stomach exposed and white shorts would come out to where we were fishing and talk to us. Well he seemed to be a little sketch when first meeting him. At first he was nice and every once and a while would ask us if we lived there and what not. Anyways needless to say he didn't mind us fishing there since we weren't any trouble. Well then we brought a jon boat out there to put in there and he got all ticked off saying this and that about the rules and we didn't live there and he was going to call the police. Then we go out there the next time and he comes out there talking to us like nothing. THEN the next time we pull into the mini 2 spot parking space and he was outside with i guess his son? He comes up to us telling us we can't fish there because whoever lives in the neighborhood had to be with us at all times. Needless to say i got upset and asked to see where it says that in the rules and sure enough he went and got it. Either way, it was a bad situation and he's not a guy i want to tick off if you know what i mean, especially since he would tell us sketchy war stories of him killing men in the war. We had ran into many people in the neighborhood before, and the FEW that asked if we had the pass, when we showed them they said ok and had no problem with us fishing. Now this was the end of fall last year right around the time of calling it quits because of the freezing weather, so we figured we'd wait till spring and maybe he'd be fine. Well spring comes around its a nice day out....me and my friend gathered out fresh lures from christmas along with our courage and headed out there. Well we get out there and an hour or so in we see him walking to my friends car. We don't do anything but keep fishing. Right around the time we were calling it quits we start packing up our stuff and i looked up and there were 2 sheriffs pulling in behind our car. So we sit there and wait for them to get down to the bank and tell them how we have the pass and stuff. Well they seemed upset that the guy even called them about this and said they enjoyed fishing as well and hate to have to run us off but they had to because it said it in the little rule book. They tell us to go to city hall and we can purchase a pass that is in date for 100$ to fish all year. So we got NO spring fishing in at all and i had to suddenly leave for the summer. Well in august when i got back obviously im wanting to fish again but i've picked up my old hobby again of playing paintball...which is extremely expensive. Recently i managed to scrape up enough money to buy the pass which is good b/c fall fishing is my favorite anyways. My friend went off to a college away and I'm still close by so if i get the pass i will be by myself. Which gets to my final question of, after getting the pass...should i go up to his door and knock on it and tell him sorry for all the trouble before but now i've got the pass and just want to fish or something like that? or should i just go out there and fish? I know if i go out and fish like nothing he WILL come out there and talk and i don't want that i just want him to know i have the pass and to leave me alone. If you have read this whole thing thanks haha but any suggestions? I know he sits at home all day because on the times he came out and talked before he tells us stories and wouldn't stop talking and eventually told us he stays home all day. oh yeah...and he always has a huge knife strapped to his belt. Thanks for getting through this story and thanks for the suggestions in advance!
  24. Sorry guys had some family problems and wasn't in town where all my fishing stuff was. I have the lure that I got to use maybe 3 times before I left. Very sorry I pretty much screwed the br lure season...hopefully there's enough of fall left to save it? If I knew I was going out of town for all of summer I would've sent it off before I left but it was such sort notice and it was the last thing I had on my mind. Once again very very sorry, I will be sending to the guy that messaged me unless there's someone else I need to send it to if it's over.
  25. I was waitin for this topic to come up! ;D I noticed these last night and was curious as well.
