Yeah same here BPS is about an hour away. My local dick's don't have the terminal tackle I would like such as tungsten weights and more hooks maybe they'll add those soon they still weren't finished when i went in today. Other than that I can't complain it's about 15 mins away from my house so not to bad.

Yeah just wait a couple days they expanded mine like 3-4 more rows!

Where are these rivers located?

I'm about to start fishing a river that's pretty stained. I'm used to fishing clear so thats what most of my lures are for is clear water. Do I need to change anything up? I know for spinnerbaits I should look for gold or painted colorado/willow blades. Any colors of plastics or cranks I should try and have? Sorry if this seems like a stupid question to some but I'm just excited to get out and fish some where new and would like some advice on what to use! Thanks in advance!

I'm pretty excited right now I just went in my local dick's today and noticed they had everything changed up. They are like a mini Bass Pro Shop now (which is really nice for me since I didn't have any good local places to get tackle). They now sell TT 4in Swimbaits, Spro 4in Swimbaits, Sebile Magic Swimmers, and have just more of every brands lures! Has anyone elses dick's upgraded their fishing section lately?

I like to use rattles! Even tho I have caught them w/o rattles I have more confidence in ones with rattles!

bluegill, perch, and shad is pretty much all I use. But I mainly fish clear waters.

My parents have the free rental thing from blockbuster where you can rent 2 at a time. So me and my girlfriend started watching the lost season. The first season was amazing i couldn't stop watching it. Then it starts getting I don't know too much crazy stuff or something idk how to explain it. But i still loved it. We just finished the last episode of season 4 and man I can't wait to see the last season. I was a little ticked off we didn't finish season 4 in time to start watching season 5, now I can't just jump in a start watching season 5 I'm going to have to wait until it comes out on DVD. > Awesome show though really always has you guessing, VERY unpredictable and when you think your going to figure something out a whole new set of questions gets revealed. If you haven't seen this show I highly suggest going and renting the seasons!

I just placed an order with them and the guy there said he just got to try the laser lure last week and had quick results with it. He was pretty fond of it but I'll be sure and post what I think of them after i try them out this week! ;D

If your fishing and it happens just pull it out till its gone then hold the line and reel it back in. If it gets to where you can't pull it out you can do this...

I agree it's hard to get the specific answer your looking for when you use the search tool. Sometimes you can but most the time I try it I can't find exactly what I'm looking for.
