I fish mainly clear lakes so most of my soft plastics are either watermelon or green pumpkin.I seem to catch more fish on green pumpkin so i decided i am going to buy most of my new soft plastics in this color.I can see the need for a darker color for cloudy days or muddier water so i decided to add black& blue to the new binder mix.

While lying awake in the middle of the night last night i admitted to myself that i have a soft plastic addiction.In an effort to work out a compromise with my inner self and also to make my bps gift cards goes as far as possible i have worked out a plan in that any new soft plastics that i purchase this new year will be in the all purpose color green pumpkin.Please wish me luck!

I mainly finesse fish with light spinning outfits and the only jigs i buy are the bitsy bug jigs in various weights, they are cheap and they catch a lot of fish.

For me it is fatigue.I tend to stop and fish on the way home from work and fatigue messes with my concentration.I wish i could take a 10 minute power nap in the car once i arrived at a spot but I'm usually so fired up to go fishing i cant fall asleep.

I was just in the store a couple nights ago and looked for it but all saw was the Christmas gift catalog.

I noticed on the bps website they have a 100 mph glove out, a wind stopper version for $39.99 and a gortex version for $59.99. Anybody bought these and tried them out yet?

Take a look at the pro qualifier suit also ,its a little cheaper and its kept me warm and dry the past year.

I too am obsessed.I got into the fishing game late so i guess i am trying to make up for lost time.This past year i fished before work and again after work and any free time in between.I was gone fishing so often my wife's sister took notice by commenting to her you sure he is fishing all this time, nobody can like fishing this much.
