  1. This came up in class today. Someone also mentioned that some guy shot someone because their was one of something left, I'm not sure I believe him entirely
  2. My one and only casting set up is basically made for frogs, 6' 10" 50lb braid, and a high speed reel. I may be rather new to frogs, seeing that I have caught 20 fish or less on them. But I have read just about every article on bass resource about frogging, along with watching stuff on youtube. Thanks for the "advanced" frog walking tips, the other frog kind of bait I got was the Fish Arrow Cover Jack, super, super easy to walk, just like walking a spook or Sammy.
  3. Very soft! Almost too soft, the super shape, Gamakatsu EWG Double Hook, actually pokes small holes in it, not all the way through though. Very fine legs. Fourbizz, it looks it would keep water out better than the others. It has a rubber band lookin' thing around the hole in the bottom it, looks like it keep the drink out. But I have not fished it yet, so I'm only basing it on looks. Glenn, thanks for the tip!
  4. So my new frog came today after being in back order for about 2 months or more, right after the peek of frog season! > First thing I did is get it on my pole and test it in my pool. It was surprisingly hard too walk. I was thinking that if I trimmed the legs it would be easier to walk. Would it be? The length and the top.
  5. Those are all some biguns' guys!! Do you all think you would not have caught them with out BR? >>>???<<<
  6. For fishing water form 40*-50* I would tie on a suspending jerk bait.
  7. Ya they look like they'd be good for soft baits, jig, hook and weights to too, hows bout wire baits? nah theyre not too good on wire baits, i use a spinnerbait binder for those. binders work good for plastiics too. also... like the other guys said, theres other brands of boxes that maybe better or not, but plano was the first/most popular and so theyre all referred to as plano's. check out the bps proqualifier tackle system or any of these in the 370 or 3700 size and itll pretty much solve all your problems. http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/SportingGoods_Freshwater%2BFishing--Fishing%2BEquipment--Soft%2BTackle%2BBags_10151_-1_10001_advisor_CA.CategoryExpand_N_100011010_100000000_100011000 Great link! I'm think I'll get one of these for my soft baits: http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_74093_100011010_100000000_100011000_100-11-10
  8. Using BB's sounds like a great idea! Just make sure that you seal the hole so they don't go flying out.
  9. Did the temperature fall, or did it rise?
