  1. I agree with everything.....but, the line lb test. But I do here that yo-Z has a heavier lb test than marked. But I would say 8-10lb. I find that one of the most frustrating thing in fishing is beak offs, not only do you lose the fish, but your hook and bait. RW, what is your reason for such light line?

  3. What's the furthest away form the US any of you have lived? For me, it is all the way on the other side of the world in the C.N.M.I, on the island of Saipan. (Commonwealth of the Norther Marianas Islands) The reason we moved their is because my dad got a job at the only collage on the island, NMC (Norther Marians Collage). Lived their for 2yrs. The main language was English but the native language "Chamorro" was taught. Very divers island, many different nationalities, Japanese, Chinese, Chamorro, Philippineo, Korean, Palauan, Bangladesh, Thailand, Vietnam, and than a few Americans. (less 50 Americans). Population of 62,392. Its highest point is a limestone covered mountain called Mount Tapochau at 1,554 ft. Saipan was also one of the islands that was fought at in WWII, and a short boat ride to Tinian, the island were the plane that carried the bomb to Japan took off. 6. Blood knot? When ever I use it, with braid and fluro, the braid cuts the fluro! There is a trick to tying the blood knot with braid to fluro. When you go to pull it tight ( I use my teeth) it almost always does not catch. What you have to do is take the tag end of the braid and hold it tight in your teeth and then pull the main braid line and you will hear a pop. Then pull your fluro leader and the main braid line and it will come out perfect. "It almost always does not catch." What do you mean by "does not catch"?
  7. I'm gonna have to try that next time, looks rather easy to tie, and it's made for braid!
  8. Blood knot? When ever I use it, with braid and fluro, the braid cuts the fluro! But other wise It's a great knot for tying mono to mono and braid to braid, holds strong in my experience.
  9. RW = Mr. Oil Updater! HOORA!!! cheep gas! Today we spent 40$ to fill up the truck, about 2 months ago it would have been 100$
  10. What rods would you recommend getting for Accurist CX? I'd like to stay under 60$
  11. I don't mean to steal the thread, but what lb test do you use most of the time?
  12. Braid lasts a long time!! Up to 3 years mono I like to change every 6 to 8 months Fluoro? Never had that on a pole, up I would imagine it would last longer than mono.
  13. Wind, having only one baitcasting combo and a crappy spinning combo, and getting skunked.

Booyah pond magic spinner bait -- work it so the blade pops out of the water andlet it sink a few seconds. Stanly ribbit frog -- just like you would any other frog super flukes -- jerk it stop it, bring it up to the top let it sink 5 -6 ft. Ok I'm gonna have to break the rules and go with 4 lures Zoom ring tail -- use a light weight

  17. No, you don't. Look at the top menu bar. (except IE6 users- Glenn is on it) This is a whole new site folks, lots and lots of work on Glenn's end. He will be ironing out the bugs as we go so if you could PM me or one of the mods if you have an issue and lets keep Glenn free to work his magic. Please refer all issues to a mod and not Glenn or the board. Thanks folks Thanks, will do. Good luck Glenn!
  18. That is why I gave up on them. Easiest walking frog I have ever used but they are so soft the hook gets stuck in the body every time I skip them. You should like that Cover Jack, I've caught some good fish on it but I don't use the skirt or the blade, just fish it without a trailer. What color do you like? I use the poison frog color.
  19. Also, the home page dose not have the link to the forum on the left. I have to excess it viva a Google search for the forum.
  20. Thats what I learned after I found that the schools computers disabled the right click menu. Now it's all I use for copy and paste.
