  1. I have heard GREAT things about the BPS extreme reels, $80 also most on the dot! But that's just the reel, you can get the combo for 130, and on sale for 100 in the fall, and winter catalogs. And online for 100$ around X-mas. People say they are have quality of a 150 + $ reels. PM rooster about them, he loves them and I think he would be happy to tell you about them. You can also check out his post titled "'Extremely' satisfied" and get some info on them. I plan to get one soon. Looks like he got to it before me! ;D
  2. A light jig in pig, bounce it slow. Good luck!
  3. Give them a strict bag limit of 18 fish and only 8 bass (but they can keep as many evasive spies as they want) , And if the bag limit is violated, than give them HEAVY FINES! 175 dollars per fish over limit. No slot limits on panfish, tilapia, cats, gar, and evasive spies. But a max of 22" on bass, no minimum! I've had people come up to me when I have caught fish and ask for it!!
  4. That's funny man! Great joke, I gotta show my folks this one!
  5. Yup, can't beat that! I like to use 2 blades.
  6. The second one for sure!
  7. When do these come out? I'm getting mixed messages about the arrival date, I've heard they come out in early fall and late January. My head is spinning, someone stop it!
  8. I do it and it works great, just saves a bit of time when you wanna have the yum sent on the lures, you don't have to spar it on every so often. I would also think that it would also seep in to the bait when it's in the bag.
  9. I'm getting the 5 lures for 5 bucks deal!
  10. Musky spinners! Black and yellow, 1/2 to 1oz!
  11. You know I was wondering the same thing yesterday, but hesitated to ask because i know it's colder and jigs are good in cold water so knew someone would ask sooner or later, in this case sooner rather than later. Thanks!
  12. Any floating worm works well!
  13. Reminds me of some friends I had when I was 6 that had goats! RRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNN!!!!!!
  14. ROTFL that's some funny $hit muddy!! I would say fake for sure though!
  15. Well right now I only have 3 jigs 2 jigs in green pumpkin, and on in black, the black on has no weed guard. I have not gotten out on the water yet to try them, but I will use them this weekend. I'll let you know!
  16. As far as I know, a stick bait is two things; One, it's a soft bait, like a senko, tiki stick, and trick stick. Two, it's a hard bait like a jerk bait, pointer 100, and x-raps, are some examples.
  17. Hu? Well nothing, but, that's just what I do on my spare time!
  18. I do classes (periods 2,4,5,and 6) at school called "NOVA NET" its 99% computer based class, and when we are done doing our work out teacher lets us use our computers! Does the class last all day ? Up 'til 4:00

  20. I think you guy under estimate the power of a MH 6'6" rod, I've caught snooks on 1 1/2 once jigs. I can try to make a video of me casting a 2oz sinker on that rod. Once again, I'll try! Look, if you come on here and ask a question then turn around and totally disregard the advice, people are going to quit answering your questions. If you already know so much, stop asking for input from EXPERIENCED members. You said you were going to change your ways and start acting differently? The only thing different is the fact that it doesnt say "Snapper G" in front of your posts. You were given two ears and only one mouth for a reason. Listen twice as much as you talk and you just might learn something. OUT. Wayne Ya you're right! :-/
  21. I think you guy under estimat the power of a MH 6'6" rod, I've caught snooks on 1 1/2 once jigs. Yes, you can probably cast that lure BUT one wrong move and that rod is going to snap and you're not going to get the distance out of it like you would with a rod that IS rated for that lure weight. A few years back I started musky fishing again. The only rod I had at that time was a flippin stick. The BEST cast I could make with it was somewhere around 25-30yards (this was a 2 1/2oz bait). Now, PROPERLY equipped, I can cast that same bait on average of 45 yards. Do yourself a favor and get the right tool for the job! Ok I'll try to get a good swim bait rod which one would y'all suggest, for under 40?
  22. What words are under lined red, other than Curado, and 'em?
  23. Ok I'm going to get into the swim bait craze, with a Castaic Snap On Tail Real Bait, 6" floating model. 12.00 bucks, golden shiner color. 2oz. I'm getting the floating model, so I can also reel it 'cross the top, and second it as a wake bait. It's got a soft body, and a hared heard so it will nice and real to the bass. I have a few questions about it: It's got one trouble hook about 5" up the head. Will the bass be able to get it good in their mouths so I can hook 'em? I only have one combo and I want to know if it will work. Shimano Shimano Curado 200 (not 100, sorry about that) E Casting Reel, with a 6'6" MH rod, with 50lb braid. Keep in mind that this is the only combo I have. Should I put a 20lb leader on it? If not what lb test? http://www.***.com/descpageSWMCASTAIC-CSTB.html#
