  1. I have heard the initial "burst" speed is close to 60mph. I'm sure sustained is much less
  2. I forgot. Add a few boat pullers into the mix and we're talking another 75k. All for a stupid little fish
  3. If you include boats and maintenance, rods, reels, baits, fuel, vacations, etc. I'm sure I've spent well over 100k during 40 years of fishing with the bulk being spent during the last 20. So I guess approx. 5k+ annually.
  4. I hate it when that happens
  5. There all good. Some are better than others but they are never bad. Life's too short.
  6. Pull off the blank off plate and see what's behind it holding those 4 clips
  7. I just broke mine in @100k I better get another 150k or I'll be disapointed
  8. No picture? Still waiting on those gps coordinates for the brushpiles.....
  9. What they need to do is offer the Crewmax with a 6 1/2' and 8' bed instead of the 5 1/2'
  10. yep. 22 or 23 gal tank
  11. Another fan of the Tundra
  12. At least it let you go. Been there done that.

Did you damage the labrum? As far as hooksets, If it hurts, don't do it.
  15. yeah, Unless you're planning on removing the unit, just use red
  16. You've met my ol' lady. "How's the fishing? Yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap yap. I just called to say hi"
  17. I've used red on everything. It's a bich to remove the screws but it can be done
  18. I run a 998, 858, radio, lights, bilge, and 2 livewells w/ pump and recirc off the starting battery. I keep a jump box in the boat (TM batteries are in the bow and starting in the stern, jumper cables not long enough) but, knock on wood, have never had to use it. Make sure all your batteries are fully charged before each outing and keep a jump box or cables in the boat and you'll be fine.
  19. I'd think it would just cause the motor to run slower than normal. I had an issue where I lost a battery on a 24v system and it ran dreadfully slow
  20. 1. Yes 2. Yes 3. Series gives you higher voltage, parallel gives you twice the power at the same voltage.
  21. mattk, everyone thinks their boat is the best. Just the same as Ford vs Chevy or Pepsi vs Coke. Ranger is the #1 selling bass boat and has the best resale value for a reason. As far as Skeeter is concerned, the hull is built around the Yammie. If you were to purchase one of them, make sure you have an authorized Yammie shop nearby to work on it. If I were buying a bass boat today, I would look at Charger, Ranger, and Phoenix in that order.
