  1. I order a 7' rod from TW, cost $0 in shipping, but i payed $5 for quicker shipping. I order a 7' rod from BPS and it costs $11.50 dollars for shipping, $6 because it is 7' long, and if i want 2 day shipping, tack on another 12 bucks. $5 compared to $29.50....HOW DO THEY DO IT
  2. One of my favorite rigs i just a simple Texas rig with a Berkley powerworm, or a splitshot rig.
  3. Well, i used my procaster(6:1) w/ 7'MH for everything. Now that i will be adding several more rods to my collection, i want to add combos that are more specialized. I was thinking it would be for spinnerbaits or lip-less cranks. So perhaps 7'M? @ central.PA.bass I couldn't find a powell rod that cost $100, that is my price area for a rod, give or take about $10.
  4. I got one 6'6MH(Bionic blade) spinning with a daiwa regal. A 7'MH(BPS graphite series) with a Daiwa Procaster. And i just got a a 7.3:1 Okuma Citrix. I would say im a good basser, but matching rod and reels to certain situations is my weakness. I was thinking of buying the E21 Wild Carrot stick, in 7'M. What situations would I use that for? I also have an extra 7'M(BPS Graphite series) rod that i used to have with my procaster. Should I swithc the MH for the M and buy a 7'MH Carrot stick?
  5. 28 for an all species Residdential in Michigan. But i don't fish for salmon or trout so i get the restricted which cost only 15.
  6. Tell ya what, it aint a bass... Use a 6 in steel leader. I use one almost 80% of the time because I've lost several cranks and spinnerbaits to toothy critters.
  7. Both. Those who say they cant be accurate with spinning gear have never seen ME fish. With the rod I own now, after casting a few times with a lure, I am completely in tune with the rod and the lure weight and can put it where you point.
  8. I would love to try some, too if if there weren't so many toothy critters... >
  9. Well, the groundhog, didnt see his shadow so..... Ya, monday, going to be 18. WOOOO!
  10. http://www.***.com/Okuma_Citrix_Casting_Reel/descpage-OCXR.html Ordered the 7.3 gear ratio model. Got the expedited shipping because it was free shipping, and for 5 bucks, what the hell eh? Can't wait to just hold it! Still gotta wait to ice-out to fish it though >
  11. Saw it on bps for $99.99. Looks like a nicely built reel and comes in 7.1:1 gear ratio. Anybody?
  12. Gooooood goood. Im goin crazy, need fishes.
  13. Didn't see those fish finders in the BPS catalog =/
  14. That's terrible. Recon armor (for those who don't play halo), is a very hard set of armor to get and in order to get it, you must do a set of achievements that are kinda hard. Sadly, the hacker took advantage of the autistic boy because the boy probably doesn't have much of a sense of right and wrong. @Dan, you can download programs from the computer, and it helps you change stuff on your profile, not gonna go in depth.
  15. Fishing a lure thoroughly. I switch lures too often.

  17. Lucky for the thieves, it was the police that caught them......
  18. Whatever looks nice. I've really only been fishing seriously for 3 years so I still don't have a set brand i only fish. I like trying out some of the local or smaller bait companies stuff too, like zipper worms. I think i will be buying from them more in the future.
  19. Dang, that second one is lookin mean!
  20. :'( I know how you're feeling bro.
  21. Well I will prbably keep going because i did like the seminars. Plus the smaller tackle companies out there that are really good but not on BPS or TW.
  22. DANG! Those hats look SWEET. The lures are nice too...
  23. I would love to try a few LC pointers or Jackall squad minnows. But in my lake for every bass I catch, I get at least one pike. Just not worth the 15 bucks for one lure. To me that is.
  24. Not sure, did not see a booth for them.
