recived my pefectarod from pinnacle on 6-22 an got to use it for the frist time today didnt have a lot of time so heres what i have so far the rod a dhc5-701cah heavy action fast taper is designed for fog,spinnerbait,worm,jig and buzzbait. i found the rod to be more like a med/hvy than a heavy.i paired it up with a quantum pt tour with 15 lb big game and threw a spinnerbait for awhile the rod is very light and i could feel the blades spinning and every little tick when it would bump something. after that i put on a bps johnny morris reel with 14lb flrocarbon and a 3/8 oz. jig this is where this rod shines the very light weight makes this a rod that could be used all day without wearing your arms out. i could feel every rock, limb and tick. my next outing with this rod will be with a frog and some braid but i have to say pinnacle has got a winner with this rod it will be on the deck of my boat from now on.

well was going to go out and test the new perfecta rod today but two flat tires on the boat trailer stopped that. must have ran over something putting in the yard. i will try and get some pics up today. but frist impressions are good.nice craftsmenship.guide wraps look reel good reel seat and guides lined up perfectly. from just throwing a practice plug around the yard it cast good and you can feel every bump in the yard.i got a heavy action rod but it feels like a med/hvy to me. i have a few rods around the two hundred dollar price range and this rod is as nice if not nicer than they are.i also got a few of the 2011 catalogs and the new reels look great i will be getting a few. i have used pinnacle reels in the past and if these are going to be better count me in. anyways more to come on the perfectia rod. i have 3 cataalogs i will send to the frist 3 who pm me with thier name and adress. sorry only have three

hey seyone that sucks the way mine was packed they would have to run over it to break the rod i hope you get it replaced soon.

what a good day frist i sold my boat.i had two so one had to go. ;D so now i can get side imagining. then i get home and my new pinnacle rod i won is here. the way it was sent it would never have been broken. good job guys. frist look and this is a quality rod fit and finnish is really nice i got the frog rod.heavy action fast tip.i think this will be a good all around rod. very light.im going to try it with a couple different reels one with braid and one with mono. frogs and buzzbaits and spinnerbaits. pictures and a full report next week after i get it on the water this weekend.

johnny morris elite on a denali rosewood series 7 ft mh rod

check out denali jadewood series rods they are very light and sensitive for the same price range they have a spinner bait rod that is great.

check out a denali they make two lines the rosewood series at 180.00 or the jadewood at 99.00 both are very good rods i use the 7 ft dropshot rod and its amazing for everything from dropshotting to shakeyheads check them out before you buy

hey guys has anyone used a denali rod yet. i just got a couple of the rosewood series. and so far they are great very light and i feel things on the bottom i never felt before. i got a drop shot spinnng and a worm&jig rod , i will be getting more as money allows good fishing eveyone

i have a few johnny morris reels and they are great. then i got an jm elite when they had them for 120 bucks. its the best reel i own. i like you love them. its the only reel i will buy from now on.

i have been using rc reels every sinse they came out and have never had any problems with any of them. you will like it and im guessing youll buy more

i have quantums 6-7 yrs old that look like new and have never had a problem with them. its all how you take care of them.

yea i know that dang monkey got me too. just got two new denali custom rods. put a new johnny morris elite on one.

the reel retails for 219.99 i got one yesterday it a great real for a really great price.i have a few of them and not one problem yet.

check out denali custom rods at denali.com they have two lines. jadewood and rosewood these are very nice rods at a very good price i got to fish one a couple weeks ago and was so impressed i have two on order and will be buying more as money allows

before you make your final decision check out the jadewood series from denali its a very good rod for the under 100 dollar mark.

hey little fisher dont worry what others think. if you like the rod and it works good for you thats all that counts.its your money spend it how you want.i myself have the crankbait stick and i really like it.

those look great what kind of paint did you use

has anybodyever used suffix flurocarbon.i see it on thier web site but cant find it anywhere.i use the mono and deep crankin and would like to try the fluro.if anybody knows where i can buy some please let me know. thanks
