you cant go wrong with any of these reels i have been using the rc reels from the time they came out. i have versions of every rc reel and a couple pqs. and no problems so far if you have a old reel to trade in you can get a really good deal.during the spring classic.
before you decide chek out the new denali rods they are a nice feeling rod for a good price. i recently had a chance to fish the rosewood series drop shot rod and i now have one on order.i have been using a carrot stic but after using the denali i had to have one
bps rods work very well. you see a few pros using them, rick clunn, edwin evers, woo daves, and many others, i have used them for years and never had any problems,i just got a new carbonlite rod and will be using this weekend for the frist time but it seems like a nice rod so far.
a good friend of mine is on thier pro staff and i have used one while fishing with him all i can say is that they are very good rod very light and the feel is real good.i plan on buying some when i get some money
i picked one up and looked at it the other day at bps.very light and felt pretty good. for a hundred bucks seemed very nice. matched with a pq reel bet it would be a good low budget outfit.
i had a couple bad crank baits last summer emailed chris brown at strike king and he took real good care of me not only did they replace the baits but i got a total of 6 baits and a nice hat too.
