I've found some decent stuff at Wal-Mart before, but for the most part, it's all been bad.

I like to be able to wade. So, just a few feet, where the deepest that you walk in might come up to your chest, but you are able to find and cast into some deeper water. Love it.

I want to try those Mega-Bugs, but I'm not sure about the first one.

I like them, but just always seem to forget about them when I am going to make a bait change.

Catch them by hand. That's what I do when I wade the creek from time to time. I do take the rest of my tackle with me always for those days, when you just can't seem to catch crawdads.

For some reason this made me laugh.

Wrong. More than likely he will shake it out. Also, there is no way that a hook will rust out in a week or two. Maybe if it was made 30 or 40 years ago, then it might rust out within a MONTH or two, but chances are it will be a long time before it rusts out if he does not shake the hook out completely.

Now, we have had a much below average summer here in TN, has barely gotten above 90 at all. So, I can't complain about the heat this year. However, would it have been two years ago, which was the hottest summer that Tn has seen in over 100 years, I might be complaining a little bit.

Also, I think I could be happy fishing with Rooster Tails and nothing else for the rest of my life.

That looks like an awesome lure. A little hard on the wallet, though.

I also saw them on clearance for 99 cents at Wal-Mart and in a clearance bucket for 96 cents at Academy. I got them from Academy. ;D

I forgot who even made the one that I have. But, it is made to hold the smaller plastic boxes. It holds four in the bottom compartment, 3 to 4 in the center, and one in the very top. It is not bulky like most, it is very slender and easy to carry. I got it at Wal-Mart a few years back.

I like Zoom's smell. Or any of them that are salty.

I went into one close about two weeks ago. They had a great inventory. Also, they had many quality items on clearance. Some of them were really good deals.

I think he will be alright. Hes not going to pass the hook like many people like to say, but he should live on. I would say he gets rid of it somehow.

For me, I can "feel" the structure better with soft plastics.

It just seems to me, like you might want at least a few cranks thrown in there. There are times that you might want to throw something that puts a big vibration in the water. But I guess that is all personal opinion.
