  1. id have to go with a larger jerkbait, gills will hit the smaller ones. I HATE THAT! lol
  2. im not much of a spinnerbait guy but, i use chart or white blades only in clear water. gold/nickel (either one, but have had more success on the nickel) any other time. i use solid gold/nickel blades in lower light conditions and the flake? blades (the ones that look like a golf ball) when its bright. willow blades when im fishing fast or around heavier cover.

  4. excel would limit you to one dimesion. i wanna put it in access where you can use buttons and lookup fields to search for specific things.

  7. definitely! especially for tournaments. if i get to prefish ill know exactly what to hook up. if not then i will rig a variety of baits. i always hook up my rods the night before and usually use 6 rods.
  8. still brainstorming right now. i have a few ideas whether it be making and distributing copies or creating a website and make it one big shared file, i dont know yet. trying to get some feedback from those interested first.
  9. would anyone be interested in buying a super log for the computer, kinda like bassmaster1's home log. with every possible detail and you can look up all information based on each individual body of water or lure type, or whatever else?
  10. in general, which will usually have a lower interest rate, a boat loan or a personal loan? id rather not go around looking into this a great deal and having my credit pulled like 20 times. ive never had either type of loan so im clueless. thanks
  11. lol....unless youre like 50 lbs i dont think it will happen as a result of any freshwater fish. although, i have experienced 50" class musky crush a bait with 18 inches of line out on a figure 8. what a rush!
  12. im from monroeville, just outside of the burgh. i fish just about everywhere in western pa and some in eastern ohio.

  16. sure, why not?? they can sponsor your tournament entry fees. thats what i do for pool tournaments, only its bars.

  19. i guess you could try using a hook sharpener or sanding them. id throw them out and get new ones though.
  20. ive improved my ability to locate fish and figure out patterns better on unfamiliar water.

  23. man, this is torture!!! im sitting at my desk at work only 3 miles from point state park, the classic lauch site. i cant take it, i want to be there so bad. im quitting my job and going lol! drove past the rivers on my way here, all kinda boats out there. they were all over the local morning news. ish monroe and aaron martens were interviewed. i cant believe how much they talked about the classic on the news, it was like every 2 minutes.
