  8. It disturbed me. I know that the correction of environmental degradation must be balanced with the needs of humans but the loss of species affects the entire ecosystem and food chain. At some point (and in my opinion that time is already here for some nations) the loss of species will begin to affect the food chain to such an extent that it will be detrimental to humans as well. As mentioned in the article, we can't wait until this occurs. We must be proactive as the following quote indicates. Regarding our streams and rivers I hope we can at least maintain our good fisheries as they are now at a minimum, while making improvements to those that have suffered degradation.

  12. Fishes In Trees stated: Boulevard produces exceptional beers, period. They started in 1989 and now cover 19 states in the midwest. Some bars on the East and West coasts that seek out unique and tasty beers also serve some of their products. http://www.boulevard.com/brewery/our-story/ My favorite Boulevard beers are the following. Boulevard Pale Ale Boulevard Amber Ale Boulevard Pilsner Boulevard Wheat Boulevard Bob's 47 Oktoberfest They make a bunch of limited distribution craft beers as well.

  14. This article came out in the Spring. I just found it in a thread on the OzarkAnglers forum. I think many of us don't realize what we've lost regarding our fisheries, especially those of a riverine nature. Many species have been lost, or on the edge of being lost. Article: http://e360.yale.edu/feature/the_natural_world_vanishes_how_species_cease_to_matter/2258/ Thread from the Ozark Anglers site. http://ozarkanglers.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=25656

  18. We may as well stick a fork in this thread. I have no doubt just about everyone will agree that side imaging with structure scan is the clear winner.
