  1. 1/8 to 1/4 oz. is my favorite size.
  2. Yeah I think NC has one of the lowest prices for fishing license.
  3. From about 6:00 am or 7:00 till about lunch time.
  4. X2. Those boats look freakin' amazing and they have everything you could possible want. I wish I had the oppurtunity to drive one.
  5. My favorite place to throw a shakey head is around docks (shallow or deep) and around the bridge pilings and the corners of rip rap.
  6. Sammy's, Gunfishs, and G-Splashs
  7. Classic Patterns or the Bass Pros.
  8. I'm 16 and I love to fish. I also love to fish tournaments more than just fishing. Hopefully I can find a career in the fishing industry when I graduate college.
  9. Thats what I am thinking too. More than likely there are air bubbles getting in the way.
  10. Look into the All-Star Platnium. Their original retail price is 150.00 and they are selling on TW for 68.00 now. I would go with a 6'6" or 7' M to MH
  11. Nice catch. Hope you get many more like it.
  12. Nice. I can't wait for our yearly offshore fishing trip out of Southport. I hope we catch one as big as yours.
  13. X2. I don't even know if they will make the NIT.
  14. 1. Jerkbait 2. Lipless Crankbait 3. Jig
  15. I don't know but that sure is a hell of a fish!!! Maybe 11 lbs.
  16. Seems like you tried all the baits that you can. The problem must be in your presentation. Try slowing down and using different retrieves if that doesn't work.
  17. My cousin's club does an 80% payout for their open tournaments and they have great turnout and still make a lot of money for their club.
  18. They do work best in clear water, but give them a chance in stained water they will catch you fish. My favorite jerkbait is a Lucky Craft Pointer 78 size. My favorite color is American shad. I usually fish them with a spinning rod and 8 lb. test flourocarbon, but a lot of guys use a baitcaster.
  19. I don't know the "official" name of it but its gold with silver and black flakes. It always catches fish!!
  20. Stumpy and Hicky. Both in Classic color.
  21. 3-4 lbs.
  22. You can use either one, but tungsten will be a lot more sensitive than lead. Thats way I use tungsten all the time.
  23. Any strike that I can see, whether it be a topwater strike or a surface swimbait strike is pretty amazing to me.
  24. I don 't. I 'm not supersttious or anything like that but I 've found a trend, when I take the camera I don 't catch anything worth taking a picture of, when I don 't take the camera is when I catch something worth taking a picture but I got no camera. so, the camera satays at home. Yup. It happens to me all the time. :
