  1. What do you mean by the knot won't fit through? It's not big enough to get the two lines throught the eye of the hook.
  2. Did a search on this, couldn't find anything. This is a big problem in my Booyah jigs. I have tried using another hook, but I can't make a hole big enough for a Palomar knot to fit in. So what's your solution?

Absolutley NOT!!!!! ill let you in on a secret. just because you buy a gun doesnt mean youve planned a killing spree. lets not be childish. Calm down. I was just kidding. :
  4. The bullet weights only go up to 1/2 oz. I think. When I want a lighter weight I use the bullet weights and when I want a heavy weight I use the Denny Brauer Flippin' weight no matter what I am doing.
  5. Sounds like you got a great weekend planned. Have fun!!!!!
  6. Yup. It's called a bubblegum Trick Worm. The best color IMO for weightless wormin'
  7. Don't know about strength between the two, but in my younger years of fishing when I used 2-piece rods, they often became seperated on the cast. (Not broken, but seperated)
  8. You'll be glad you switched to a Quantum. BTW, sorry to hear that about you combo's getting stolen.

    Absolutley NOT!!!!!
  10. If you didn't see them on the manufacturer's website they probably discontinued them.
  11. Black Drum is a very wormy fish and I eat them all the time, of course I don't eat the worms though. ;D The bottom line is that they probably won't hurt you even if you do actually eat one of the worms on accident. (Or on purpose)
  12. I only use Tungsten weights and the only color I use is black.
  13. Fish that point with a light jig or a split-shot rig.
  14. Your first setup is better than my last setup will ever be! BTW, for the line I would go with Berkley Trilene XL in 12 to 14 lbs. test.
  15. I caught two dink Redfish and 2 nice Flounder on a Beetle Spin. You ever done something like that?

    Who you planning on killing?
  17. I now what you are talking about now. When I caught the fish I didn't even notice it, I wanted to throw back at the school and catch another one. I don't know what makes them so light colored.
  18. Are limits are that you can keep one Redfish per person per day. The size limits are 18"-27". There really are some hefty Redfish in NC though, 10 out of the 16 world records for Redfish have come from NC. You guys should come down and try it.
  19. I had a greasy breakfast that morning if you catch my drift.
  20. x2. It could be one of any number of brands, aka: generic. X3. Deff. a twin tail grub. I would look at BPS, Chompers, or Zoom for those. x4. Maybe a Berkley Powerbait twin-tail grub. :-/
  21. Cool!!!!!!!! Gotta love those small ponds!!!!!
  22. I think Tru-Tungsten has Tungsten jig and jig head.
  23. Don't use Chatterbaits at all. For swim jigs, I use the Booyah Swim 'n' Jig. For the trailer I will usually use a Berkley Chigger Craw or a Rage Tail Craw. For the retrieve I will use a slow, steady retrieve with a shake of the rodtip mixed in every now and then.
  24. Tungsten is smooth and paint may not adhere to it's surface.
