  1. I know it doesn't help your situation at all but the easiest way is to take care of all this stuff while their still alive. All the property was split and signed over to myself and my sisters and my parents actually didn't own anything even the house. This way if some illness comes about and huge doctor bills there is no estate for them to come after. my mom is actually living in a house I own.
  2. Congrats man, give Luaren my condolences on beign stuck with you from now on.
  3. 100% false, it is illegal for a dealership to void your warranty based solely on the fact that you have installed an aftermarket product. But always remove the tuning before going to a dealer for service. The reason to remove the program is no to try and hide the fact you had it but because when they plug into the diagnostic port to read the vehicle their computer will not recognize the new parameters and will wipe the vehicle and reinstall the factory parameters and your superchips program will be lost and you will have to buy it again. http://www.semasan.com/main/main.aspx?id=60128 I don't care what your dealer may have told you it was wrong. Now for the original question. I would recommend the Superchips programmer that is my #1 seller. Before any quesitons about hp, torque or mileage can be answered I would need to know what kind of vehicle you are going to be putting it on. But in general on most gas motors in trucks you will see gains of 10-20 hp and 10-30 foot lbs. of torque. There are different settings you can choose from most of them will give some level of mileage increase but a number can't really be put on that because it is highly effected by driving style.
  4. Mine had a Tennessee Volunteers theme and we walked out to Rocky Top.
  5. Dan Now try and put up any pic of Angelina no matter what state of dress and see what happens.
  6. I guess I better tell my mom to stop using that cheap skillet that has been in the family for over 50 years it's lible to fall apart any minute.
  7. I've heard of that method too. I just find it easier and quicker to do the scrape and lube while it's still hot, right after you use it and you keep a really good season to it.
  8. I think you got the order backwards, it's tequila shots then the headaches. Back to the cast iron I got on the le creuset website looking around and noticed they said that their cast iron was dishwasher safe. Who in their right mind puts a cast iron skillet in the dishwasher, or for that matter does anything more than scrape it with a plastic or wood spatula and wipe it down with light oil after using it.
  9. I got to go with Burley, you kept complaining about not having one instead of dropping by WalMart and spending $16???? Along the same note my m-i-l gave me an old cast iron dutch oven.
  10. Well go with your strengths.
  11. I know what you meant, but what fun is it to just let an opening like that go.
  12. I guess you completely missed her face? ;D I'm with you Dan give me the face over the arms, and the floatation devices. seriously....I for one, value a face over "body tone" in a woman's arms.... : just messin with ya, BassnBlvd
  13. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said "Let there be light," and there was light. The rest followed allowing these lines with God speaking it and it was. And on the subject of global warming. There are now more scientists saying that it isn't happening than there are nutjob tards saying it is.
  14. Congratulations, all my best. Now where are those bachelorette party pics?
  15. Sounds like you were allready using the secret lure.
  16. With the tarp doing this sounds like you either used armorall or similar petroelum based product or didn't use antyhing on it at all to condition it and keep it from drying out. I don't like the snaps either, the roll types are so much easier to work with. All I know for sure is I can speak from experience with 1000's of covers over 15 years and not just one or two.
  17. Did you not look at the warranty papers, all Extangs have at least a 10 year warranty on the tarp and would have been replaced at no cost. In over 15 years of dealing with them I have never seen this happen on an Extang cover but not saying it didn't just seems odd. For the winter time you can get the cover to close no problem if you turn the snaps over the loose setting and drop the bows to account for the shrinkage of the tarp. I don't care for the snaps either but they aren't that bad. Overall the best thing to go with is the Extang Revolution, Express or RT tonneau. All carry a lifetime frame and tarp warranty and both are extremely easy to use. The Truxedo is a good cover but you can't compare a roll cover to a snap cover. You can compare it to the Revolution, Express, or RT cover from Extang and if you do you will find the Extang is far away the better cover, expecially if you are looking at the original Truxedo. The biggest thing is to care for it properly. Wash and rinse away all soap residue and use a quality non-petroleum/silicone/cirtus based protectant. Never ever use armorall on anything that you don't want ruined. 303 Super Protectant, Mothers Protectant are fine and most tonneau manufacturers have their own protectant you can use. Extang has their own brand but it is quite pricey for the amount you get.
