Senko Line
i dont know about you guys but i love using mono with senko's because i can detect strikes easily if the fish takes off with it... with that being said i also like mono with a weightless senko in more shallow water because the mono helps the senk sink a bit slower and the bass seem to like to hit the senko a lot of the time while its falling down infront of them.. just my theory but hope it helps...

man you guys are making me want to grab the mg51 now haha.. i might just get it but i was thinking about a revo sx for about 120shipped new on ebay instead its a lot cheaper and has good reviews also.. how much does the mg51 outperform the revo sx series and citica e, curado e?? or is there no considerable differences??

ya i just ordered the rod, but i have no reel at the moment i was looking on ebay for some used revo stx's and curado d's and e's and they weren't all the bad on the ending bids... i just dont know which one to pick, by the way if anyone is selling a extremely good condition left handed baitcasting reel please let me know im very interested in getting a reel so i can finally start my 1st baitcasting experience.

hey guys need some help again, what do i look for when buying a used rod??? also would be great if you guys can give me feedback on this rod i might purchase, i want the rod more for weightless senkos, t-rig, c-rig, mostly plastics with a little spinnerbait, swimbait here and there... G-Loomis GL3 MBR 783C 6'6" price 130 used also i've been looking for a reel for a long time now too anyhelp would be nice, baitcast about 100-150 and also user friend im new never tried baitcast before... btw i have several questions and threads about rods and reels already sorry if it annoys people im just new to this and need feedback, feedback is always better than written reviews users always know the truth about the items, thanks!

would $70 be good for a used Team Daiwa Advantage?? im pretty new to baitcasting like i said before so im just looking around trying to find deals and researching on what would fit me best, just looking for your expertise in these types of reels.. so if anyone can help me it would be great.. also if anyone owns this reel im wondering if its durable and will it last if i fish with it alot because i do a good amount of fishing during this time of year... or any other pros or cons thanks

im leaning towards you set up josh, but is your reel left hand retrieve by any chance?? other than that bro if you can wait until after spring break or so i will probably buy it unless i take another deal elsewhere, also how long is the handle from the reel to the end 1-5inches or more??

haha now i really dont know what to buy, aftering reading what you all had to say and a little research lol it's pretty hard to come down to one rod for fishing every style because there basically isn't a rod or little rods that can do it.. im stuck now haha.. :-?

ya same here i've been brought up using my left hand to retrieve too, but the thing is i've always wanted to try a baitcasting reel, but never went and got one i guess im going to have to try it.. another question is it hard to maintain the reel?? and can i spool the line myself at home or do i have to go into a shop because i've seen people with baitcasting reels go into the shop and have their line spooled there..
