Need Help with Reel Selection
Excellent! Some new zealot blood - let the Reel Wars commence.

Latest build
Excellent work - love the green. I recently did a build with metallic lime green that is similar to your lime green so I'm digging that color right now.

Shimano Core 50mg vs 100mg - Any good reason to go with the 100?
Burley's right - the IPT of the 50 is 28 and for the 100 (in 6.2:1) is 26. Seems the 100 isn't on par in terms of smoothness and performance vs. the 50: http://www.tackletour.net/TTForums/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=51014

BPS Pro Qualifier - A Revo?
He is correct - even if the internals are interchangeable, they may not necessarily be of the same quality. They may not necessarily be of a lower quality either, as you pay extra for the Abu/Shimano/Diawa name. Slone is also correct about big box reel parts, however in the case of the Pro Q, parts should not be a concern as you can always get Revo parts if needed. Big box = large retail store. i.e. Bpro or Cabelas

BPS Pro Qualifier - A Revo?
The Pro Qualifier and the Revos are both made by Pure Fishing. It has been confirmed that the parts are interchangeable between the 2 model ranges, and the same for the BPS Extreme.

Rage space monkey
It's extremely versatile. You can fish it: - to imitate a frog - both above and below water - like a larger brush hog - as a craw jig trailer - as a creature bait Just to name a few.

Swivel snaps on crankbaits
Swivels are to prevent line twist. Too much hardware connected to the crank will end up reducing/dulling it's action.

Man-cave organization recommendations
Excellent photos - keep them coming.

Man-cave organization recommendations
For the excess tackle you have that does not fit in your tackle bag/boat locker, what do you use to organize and store it back at the man-cave? I have a lot of "overflow" tackle that I need to organize and store and am looking for suggestions.

Would you sell out?
How can you be "selling out" if you bought brand A yourself?

Favorite single curly tail grub
What rigging does everyone prefer - tail up or tail down?

Bass Tackle for a 100 bucks.
It would depend on what you like to fish and where you tend to fish. Some prefer cranks over plastics, and others are the opposite. I would build a list based on your strengths and preferences, as you're going to get everyone else's strengths and preferences showing through in their lists.

BPS carbonlite reel
Even this aspect is 95% user controlled. Any decent reel, if maintained properly, will last a lifetime.

Abu Garcias Vendetta rated better than Shimanos Cumulus!!!!
Sorry you just brought a deep sea fishing rod to a bass fishing rod war. And of course ugly stick would be rated that high. Its the best in the world for that kind of fishing. But lets see you fish a t-rig on it. The Vendetta and Cumulus are both rods for bass fishing. Capt.O That was a joke It proved to be too obvious for the Captain himself.

What's the difference between a $50 rod, and a $150 rod?
- Higher quality blank - Higher quality components - Higher build quality - Additional features - Better customer support/warranty Whether these translate into a superior product is up to the ability of each individual. If someone can't tell the difference in performance between an inexpensive rod and a high end rod, they'd be foolish to pay for a high end rod.

pro qualifier vs shimano citica
The PQ is a rebadged Revo. Revo vs. Citica straight up is a pretty even matchup decided mostly by brand loyalty. A Revo vs. Citica at the PQ price is a no-brainer.

Berkley Fireline fused crystal
Same material as braid but strands are glued together vertically instead of woven. Do a search on Fireline Crystal and you'll find a number of prior threads on it.

Who's your favorite
A Day on the Lake.

Yep, I still hate braid...
Braid is excellent; Powerpro is not.

New Frog Rod
I like the cork mix you put on there, and your Hoochee decal. Very nice work.

2 GREAT knots NOBODY uses!
Hook the hook onto something and then pull on the line with your fish scale and see what weight it breaks, and whether it breaks at the knot. Then compare the other one and other knots you know. See how your knots do in your own knot wars.

Abu Garcias Vendetta rated better than Shimanos Cumulus!!!!
The Reel Wars were starting to peter out, fortunately we have some sweet Rod Wars action to help us out in the interim. Carry on.

Tubes and Largemouth
Fish it like a plastic worm with the lift, drag, drop. It's one of my goto lures in this fashion.

Berkley Fireline Original Fused?
I used it extensively and liked it a lot, however I like Suffix and Fireline Braid even more. The fused is a great line and will serve you well. Eventually you may prefer braids over it, but not unless you spend enough time fishing both to tell the difference. Line, like reels, is a preference thing.
