  1. Natty Light.
  2. Yea that's on my list of things to do, I would like to shoot one sometime as well.
  3. He's probably seeing short and longnose, and spotted gar since he's from NC. The alligator dont range that far east, even though they have been reintroduced into west TN and KY. Do you ever bowfish for those alligator gar or just go out and catch them?
  4. They will stink if you leave them in the boat all day, I wouldn't get it on carpet but as far as my little jon boat it didnt stink the next day.
  5. Haha I can't believe you tried eating it, I've heard some people say they are good an all, but after smelling one I shot with a bow last year and coming close to puking all in the boat it changed my mind on trying it. Make sure you have gloves though, the fish is extremely slimey and the easiest way to deal with them is grabbing the snout.
  6. Think about Lowe roughnecks, they are all welded and pretty tought boats.
  7. Yea read the regs very carefully, and talk to someone in that region to make sure you get the right info. Someone in Jackson or Nashville's office will probably not know the regs, I've had it happen to me before. I believe alot of the trout waters in east Tn have a one hook restriction as well, so just call and check and tell them what waters you will be fishing to get the most accurate info.
  8. Four strokes are heavier. Two strokes give more torque and are quicker out of the hole. If you can I would go with the Evinrude E-tec, they are 2 strokes but there is no mixing gas. They come ready to fish unlike most brand new motors, no babying it around the lake breaking it in. And very quiet.
