Bowfishng?
You will definitely want to get an AMS reel, those drum reels will keep you ticked off all day. The AMS is also alot safer because it keeps the line by the tip of the arrow. I use a PSE nova which is my old deer hunting bow. It has about a 45 lb draw and I have no problems getting any shots off. You can find an older bow at a pawn shop and it will work just fine but you don't want to get one that has a high draw because when you miss in shallow water it can be tough getting it out.

BPS reel trade in program?
Just make sure the reel you bring in works( the handle turns, and the push button works)- these reels are given to charity for kids to use. The voucher will start at $5 for a reel somewhere in the $40-50 range all the way up to any reels over $500 will be $100 off.

Affair With Another Fish?
I crappie fish quite a bit, and bowfish for gar and buffalo in the spring and summer and anytime the river gets out of it's banks.

The Christmas Exchange Thank You Thread
The most success I had with them was texas rigged. I usually use 1/4 oz weight for everything, unless the wind is up then I move up to 3/8 oz. I fished that exclusively for about two weeks this summer- the fish switched to craws when they came up- people were literally taking 5 gallon buckets full of craws home to boil. I've used it as a jig trailer and caught a few, but I prefer the rage chunks for a trailer.

The Christmas Exchange Thank You Thread
Your welcome, I hope you like the stuff and that those lures will work well for you. Those two jigs sorry there was no packaging the guy doesn't package his jigs. His jigs are on ebay if you search Cheeseburger Jigs it will show his jigs. I really like the two colors I sent you. The one with the orange in it is called Smallie Killer and the other one is the original Cheeseburger jig color. I know you wanted lighter jigs, but I figured those would work well for the ledges and the bitsy bug jigs have become one of my favorites over the last year. I will post when I receive your package in the mail, the only thing you owe me is a picture of some quality fish caught this upcoming year! Have a great holiday. Haha, that's no problem on the packaging, I knew those were custom and those are two hot colors. The bitsy bugs might get used early next week, I've been hunting and the ducks haven't been cooperating, and I have a few spots those little jigs might shine at.

The Christmas Exchange Thank You Thread
I have to give thanks to Robby, I got the package yesterday and was pretty surprised as to what was in it. Two very nice custom football jigs, that will get dragged on a few ledges this summer. A pack of jackall flick shake worms- I've never thrown a shakeyhead, but I'll get Bassinsoldier to show me this year. Two packs of Netbait soft swimbaits- I've got a few roadbeds I'd like to throw these on. A few strike king bitsy jigs and a pack of sweet beavers in a color I believe will work very well this spring. Robby that was more than enough, I hope you enjoy what I sent and I owe you a crankbait or two.

Which bass that got away hurt the most?
The one I never saw and never could turn on Lake Guerrero, Mexico. Slow rolling a spinnerbait in about 15 ft of water through treetops. The I thought I had her out of the trees until she made a big run and wrapped herself up. Very disappointing.

Welcome aboard, you can give Gibson county lake a try. I've never fished it but have heard there are some big fish in it.

for under $120 best
Which model do you have for your jerkbaits? I just picked up a 4-16 and was very impressed in the casting distance I had.

Lucky Craft Rick Clunn Crankbaits
Great baits, don't over look the deep divers in those series, I'm hoping to get up to Nashville next week and get a few.

quick fantasy question. i mean quick.
I don't think you will be disappointed. I read yesterday that SJ is on pace to have the most carries in the league and I don't see them taking the ball away from him on Sunday. You know CJ will have the ball in his hands quite a bit as well.

College Textbooks
That's what I was looking for the website that rents. I just didn't want to buy a few books even used books for some of the core classes. I have about 8 sitting at the house, that the book store wouldn't buy back at the end of the semester b/c the classes were changing books.

;D Go with Orton, even though Vince has been playing good and all he still hasn't proven his dependability, and I'm a Titans fan. This week against St. Louis will be a CJ/ Steven Jackson show.

College Textbooks
I thought I remembered seeing a post a while back where to find textbooks cheap or something but I couldn't find it in the search. Does anyone remember the website or the thread? I'm going back to school for chemical engineering and im not looking to spend a lot of money on the few core classes I have to take. Thanks

Kentucky Basketball....
They look really good, but if they don't start putting teams away when they are up big it will catch up to them eventually and probably in March.

Finesse jigs, like eakins or war eagle5/16-3/8 oz.(or any other brand), any variation of black/blue or pb&j. But if it's something else it won't bother me one bit.

Modern Warfare 2
They pull the javelin out(rocket launcher) and run around until they get close to someone, as soon as they die the javelin will shoot off, and if you are too close to them it will kill you every time. You just got to try and kill them when they are still kinda far away.

Yep, just chuck a stun grenade to their side, they don't know what to do.
