  1. I would love to be part of a tournament or outing for wounded vets!! my cell number is 561-670-5909, my office is located on Federal Hwy in Delray just north of Linton Blvd. Give me a call or email (randy.murray@navy.mil) and we can try to set something up. I might be able to get my command involved. Everyone else, thanks for the fishing input, I will definitely check out that canal!! I did find a good spot out in West Boca for LM, there's a park on Yamato past 441. I tried fishing the turnpike canal on Boca Rio Rd for Peas but got skunked. I think I'm fishing for them wrong.
  2. black is all i need. i do like the zoom mag II in purple. 3/0 or 4/0 hook and weightless in the grass or through lily pads kills them every time. i throw them with spinning gear, MH rod and braid.
  3. Thanks, I appreciate the welcome.
  4. All I tie is the Palomar. I could tie this knot in the dark easily. I learned it when I was 11 watching Bill Dance. I do check my knot after a few fish, not every time I catch one.
  5. I am originally from South Georgia. I'm a Navy Chief on recruiting duty in south Florida. I'm always looking for new places to fish and would fish every day, all day if I could. I would love to be able to fish some tournaments also. I've been in the Navy 11 years, I'm a submariner and have done a 6 month tour in Iraq. I have been fishing my entire life, my uncle has a pic of me fishing when I was 2. I simply love fishing.
  6. I'm a Navy recruiter in Delray Beach and I'm looking for some great bass fishing (largemouth and peacocks). Unfortunately I don't have a boat (yet!) If anyone could help, I would appreciate it!! Tight Lines!
